曰耶和華踐其前言、錫安於以色列族之民、當頌美焉。昔托厥僕摩西、許民福祉、迄今不廢其一言。

主踐前言、賜平安於以色列民、當頌美之、昔主託其僕摩西許以賜福、其言無一不驗、

“ Praise be to the Lord, who has given rest to his people Israel just as he promised. Not one word has failed of all the good promises he gave through his servant Moses.

“ I praise the Lord. He has given peace and rest to his people Israel. That’s exactly what he promised to do. He gave his people good promises through his servant Moses. Every single word of those promises has come true.

“ Blessed be the Lord who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised. Not one word has failed of all his good promise, which he spoke by Moses his servant.

“ Praise the Lord who has given rest to his people Israel, just as he promised. Not one word has failed of all the wonderful promises he gave through his servant Moses.

“ Blessed be the LORD! He has given rest to his people Israel according to all he has said. Not one of all the good promises he made through his servant Moses has failed.

“ Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel in accordance with everything that He promised; not one word has failed of all His good promise, which He promised through Moses His servant.

「我現在要走世人必走的路。你們是一心一意地知道，耶和華－你們神所應許賜福與你們的話沒有一句落空，都應驗在你們身上了。耶和華－你們神所應許的一切福氣怎樣臨到你們身上，耶和華也必照樣使各樣禍患臨到你們身上，直到把你們從耶和華－你們神所賜的這美地上除滅。

耶和華照着向他們列祖起誓所應許的一切話，使他們四境平安；他們一切仇敵中，沒有一人在他們面前站立得住。耶和華把一切仇敵都交在他們手中。耶和華應許賜福給以色列家的話一句也沒有落空，都應驗了。

撒母耳長大了，耶和華與他同在，使他所說的話一句都不落空。

天地要廢去，我的話卻不能廢去。」

向我們列祖施憐憫，記念他的聖約－就是他對我們祖宗亞伯拉罕所起的誓－

但你們過了約旦河，得以住在耶和華－你們神使你們承受為業之地，又使你們太平，不被四圍的一切仇敵擾亂，安然居住。

等到你們弟兄在約旦河那邊，也得耶和華－你們神所賜給他們的地，又使他們得享平安，與你們一樣，你們才可以回到我所賜給你們為業之地。』

他扶助了他的僕人以色列，為要記念亞伯拉罕和他的後裔，施憐憫直到永遠，正如從前對我們列祖所說的話。

但我們已經相信的人得以進入那安息，正如神所說：「我在怒中起誓說：『他們斷不可進入我的安息！』」其實造物之工，從創世以來已經成全了。論到第七日，有一處說：「到第七日，神就歇了他一切的工。」又有一處說：「他們斷不可進入我的安息！」既有必進安息的人，那先前聽見福音的，因為不信從，不得進去。所以過了多年，就在大衛的書上，又限定一日，如以上所引的說：「你們今日若聽他的話，就不可硬着心。」若是約書亞已叫他們享了安息，後來神就不再提別的日子了。這樣看來，必另有一安息日的安息為神的子民存留。

你們和兒女、僕婢，並住在你們城裏無分無業的利未人，都要在耶和華－你們的神面前歡樂。

由此可知，耶和華指着亞哈家所說的話一句沒有落空，因為耶和華藉他僕人以利亞所說的話都成就了。」

又在猶大建造了幾座堅固城。國中太平數年，沒有戰爭，因為耶和華賜他平安。
