只要你的以色列子民，或个人或全体，自知心中痛苦并向着这殿伸手祷告，无论祈求什么，

你的子民以色列，或是众人，或是个人，知道自己心里的苦痛，向这殿伸开双手所作的一切祷告、一切恳求，

你的民以色列，或是眾人，或是一人，自覺有罪，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

你的百姓以色列，或眾人或一人，內心知道有禍，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

你的百姓以色列，或眾人或一人，內心知道有禍，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

只要你的以色列子民，或個人或全體，自知心中痛苦並向著這殿伸手禱告，無論祈求什麼，

你的子民以色列，或是眾人，或是個人，知道自己心裡的苦痛，向這殿伸開雙手所作的一切禱告、一切懇求，

你人民以色列、或是任何一人、或是眾人、自覺心有內疚，向這殿伸開雙手，或是禱告，或是懇求，

爾民以色列或一人、或眾人、自覺己心之殃、若向此室張手、無論何所禱、何所祈、

如以色列族人、自知其心之非、不論何事、展舒其手、向斯殿以祈求、

主之民以色列、無論何人、自覺其心之憂、向此殿舉手、無論何禱何祈、

and when a prayer or plea is made by anyone among your people Israel— being aware of the afflictions of their own hearts, and spreading out their hands toward this temple—

But suppose one of your people prays to you. They ask you to help them. They are aware of how much their own heart is suffering. And they spread out their hands toward this temple to pray.

whatever prayer, whatever plea is made by any man or by all your people Israel, each knowing the affliction of his own heart and stretching out his hands toward this house,

and if your people Israel pray about their troubles, raising their hands toward this Temple,

every prayer or petition that any person or that all your people Israel may have— they each know their own affliction— as they spread out their hands toward this temple,

whatever prayer or plea is offered by any person or by all Your people Israel, each knowing the affliction of his own heart, and spreading his hands toward this house;

whatever prayer, whatever supplication is made by anyone, or by all Your people Israel, when each one knows the plague of his own heart, and spreads out his hands toward this temple:

what prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, who shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house:

whatever prayer or petition anyone from Your people Israel might have— each man knowing his own afflictions and spreading out his hands toward this temple—

What prayer and supplication soever be[ made] by any man,[ or] by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands toward this house:

When all your people Israel pray and ask for help, as they acknowledge their pain and spread out their hands toward this temple,

whatever prayer and supplication is made by any man, or by all your people Israel, who shall each know the plague of his own heart, and spread out his hands toward this house,

在任何事上都不要忧虑；然而要在一切事上，藉着祷告和祈求，以感谢的心把你们所求的告诉神。

我心中苦毒，肺腑被刺伤时，我是愚昧无知的；我在你面前如同畜类。

我的灵在我里面虚弱时，你知道我的道路；在我所行的路上，他们为我暗设网罗。求你向我右边观看，没有人理睬我，我没有避难的地方，也没有人顾念我的灵魂！耶和华啊，我向你哀求，说：“你是我的避难所，是我在活人之地继业的份！”

将军的主人亚述王派他来辱骂永生的神，或许耶和华你的神听见了他的话，就会斥责所听见的那些话。因此，求你为幸存的余剩之民献上祷告。’”

我的神哪，我的灵魂在我里面沮丧！因此我从约旦地、黑门岭、米萨山记念你。

我要对神我的岩石说：“你为什么忘记了我呢？我为什么要在仇敌的压迫下哀痛而行呢？”

希西加向耶和华祷告，说：“坐在基路伯之上的万军之耶和华，以色列的神哪！唯独你——你是地上万国的神，是你造了诸天和大地。耶和华啊，求你侧耳听！耶和华啊，求你睁眼看！听听西纳基立派人来辱骂永生神的一切话！耶和华啊，亚述列王确实使列国和它们的国土荒废，又把它们的神像扔进火中；那些神像之所以被灭绝，是因为它们不是神，只不过是人手所造的，是用木头、石头造的！耶和华我们的神哪，现在求你拯救我们脱离亚述王的手，使地上万国都知道，唯独你——你是耶和华！”亚摩斯的儿子以赛亚就派人到希西加那里，说：“以色列的神耶和华如此说：‘有关亚述王西纳基立的事，你既然向我祈求了，

内心的痛楚，自己心里明白；心中的喜乐，别人不能分享。

他呼求我，我就回应他；他在患难中，我就与他同在；我要搭救他，使他得尊荣。

在患难的日子里，你当呼求我，我必搭救你，而你将荣耀我。”

我的灵魂哪，你为什么沮丧？为什么在我里面哀鸣？当期盼神！因为我还要称谢我面前的救恩——我的神。

你们伸开双手祷告的时候，我必掩目不看你们；就算你们多多祷告，我也不垂听。你们的双手沾满了血！

我保持沉默、不认罪的时候，就因终日哀号而骨头衰朽；因为你的手昼夜重压在我身上，我的精力耗尽，如同在夏天的干旱中。细拉

我这个人真是可悲呀！谁能救我脱离这属于死亡的身体呢？
