On the panels between the uprights were lions, bulls and cherubim— and on the uprights as well. Above and below the lions and bulls were wreaths of hammered work.

On the sides between the posts were lions, bulls and cherubim. They were also on all of the posts. Above and below the lions and bulls were wreaths made out of hammered metal.

有一位長老對我說：「不要哭。你看，猶大支派的獅子、大衛的根已經得勝了！祂能揭開那七個封印，打開那卷書。」

上面有榮耀的基路伯天使，高展翅膀蓋著約櫃上面的施恩座。關於這些事，現在不能一一細說。

四個活物的面孔是這樣的：正面是人的臉，右面是獅子的臉，左面是牛的臉，後面是鷹的臉。

用純金在施恩座的兩端打造兩個基路伯天使，

每一個基路伯天使都有四張臉：第一張是基路伯天使的臉，第二張是人的臉，第三張是獅子的臉，第四張是鷹的臉。

又在施恩座的兩端用金子打造兩個基路伯天使，

你們也如同活石，被用來建造屬靈的宮殿，好做聖潔的祭司，藉著耶穌基督獻上蒙上帝悅納的靈祭。

有十二頭銅牛馱著銅海，三頭向北，三頭向西，三頭向南，三頭向東。銅海安在牛上，牛尾都向內。

我要像獅子一樣對待以法蓮，如猛獅一樣對待猶大家，將他們撕碎、拖走，無人能營救他們。

寶座前還有一個水晶般的玻璃海，寶座的四周有四個活物，他們前後都長滿了眼睛。第一個活物像獅子，第二個像牛犢，第三個有人的面孔，第四個像飛鷹。

木板上刻著基路伯天使和棕樹，兩者彼此相間排列。基路伯天使有兩個面孔：一個是人的臉，面向一邊的棕樹；一個是獅子的臉，面向另一邊的棕樹。

他將兩個基路伯安在至聖所內，兩個基路伯展開翅膀，各有一個翅膀在至聖所的中央相接，另一個翅膀的尖端觸到牆壁。

上帝趕走了亞當以後，就派遣基路伯天使駐守在伊甸園東邊，又用一把旋轉的火劍守護在通往生命樹的路上。
