有一位长老对我说：“不要哭。你看，犹大支派的狮子、大卫的根已经得胜了！祂能揭开那七个封印，打开那卷书。”

上面有荣耀的基路伯天使，高展翅膀盖着约柜上面的施恩座。关于这些事，现在不能一一细说。

四个活物的面孔是这样的：正面是人的脸，右面是狮子的脸，左面是牛的脸，后面是鹰的脸。

用纯金在施恩座的两端打造两个基路伯天使，

每一个基路伯天使都有四张脸：第一张是基路伯天使的脸，第二张是人的脸，第三张是狮子的脸，第四张是鹰的脸。

又在施恩座的两端用金子打造两个基路伯天使，

你们也如同活石，被用来建造属灵的宫殿，好做圣洁的祭司，借着耶稣基督献上蒙上帝悦纳的灵祭。

有十二头铜牛驮着铜海，三头向北，三头向西，三头向南，三头向东。铜海安在牛上，牛尾都向内。

我要像狮子一样对待以法莲，如猛狮一样对待犹大家，将他们撕碎、拖走，无人能营救他们。

宝座前还有一个水晶般的玻璃海，宝座的四周有四个活物，他们前后都长满了眼睛。第一个活物像狮子，第二个像牛犊，第三个有人的面孔，第四个像飞鹰。

木板上刻着基路伯天使和棕树，两者彼此相间排列。基路伯天使有两个面孔：一个是人的脸，面向一边的棕树；一个是狮子的脸，面向另一边的棕树。

他将两个基路伯安在至圣所内，两个基路伯展开翅膀，各有一个翅膀在至圣所的中央相接，另一个翅膀的尖端触到墙壁。

上帝赶走了亚当以后，就派遣基路伯天使驻守在伊甸园东边，又用一把旋转的火剑守护在通往生命树的路上。
