在作這工程的人中，凡是心裡有智慧的，用十幅幔子作帳幕；這些幔子是用撚的細麻、藍色紫色朱紅色線做的，並且用設計的巧工繡上基路伯。

“看哪，猶大支派中戶珥的孫子，烏利的兒子比撒列，我已經提名召他。我也用神的靈充滿了他，使他有智慧，有聰明，有知識，有能力作各樣的手工，可以設計巧工，可以用金、銀、銅製造各物。又可以雕刻寶石，鑲嵌寶石；可以雕刻木頭，製造各樣巧工。看哪，我已經指派但支派中亞希撒抹的兒子亞何利亞伯和他同工；所有心裡有智慧的人，我也把智慧賜給他們，使他們可以作我吩咐你的一切工作，

摩西對以色列人說：“看哪，猶大支派中戶珥的孫子、烏利的兒子比撒列，耶和華已經提名召他，又用神的靈充滿他，使他有智慧，有聰明，有知識，有作一切巧工的技能。能巧設圖案，用金、銀、銅製造各物；又能雕刻寶石，用來鑲嵌；又能雕刻木頭，用來製造各種巧工。耶和華又賜給他和但支派中亞希撒抹的兒子亞何利亞伯，心裡有教導人的恩賜。耶和華又用智慧充滿他們的心，使他們能作各種工作，雕刻的工，設圖案的工，用藍色紫色朱紅色線和細麻刺繡的工，以及編織的工。他們能作各種工程，也能巧設圖案。”比撒列和亞何利亞伯，以及心裡有智慧的，就是蒙耶和華賜予智慧與聰明，使他們知道怎樣製造供聖所使用的一切工程的人，都照著耶和華吩咐的一切去作。於是，摩西把比撒列和亞何利亞伯，以及心裡有智慧的，就是蒙耶和華賜他們心裡有智慧的人，凡是心裡受感要前來作這工的人，都召了來。

因為他的神教導他，指教他正確的方法。
