祂不喧嚷，不呼喊，不在街上高聲說話。

你們若為我築石壇，不可用鑿刻的石頭，因為用工具鑿刻的石頭會玷污祭壇。

以便在那些祂憐憫並預備賜予榮耀的器皿上彰顯祂豐盛的榮耀，這難道不可以嗎？

歡喜地感謝天父，因祂使你們有資格跟眾聖徒在光明中同享基業。

他們按照王的命令在山上鑿出珍貴的巨石，用來作殿的根基。於是，所羅門和希蘭的工匠及迦巴勒人鑿好石頭，備好木料，準備建殿。

是上帝為此目的預備了我們，並賜給了我們聖靈作擔保。

當時，猶太、加利利、撒瑪利亞各地的教會都很平安，得到了堅固。信徒們非常敬畏主，又得到聖靈的安慰，人數越來越多。

但從天上來的智慧首先是純潔，然後是愛好和平、溫良柔順、充滿憐憫、多結善果、不存偏見、沒有虛偽。使人和睦的人撒下和平的種子，必收穫仁義的果實。

因為人的憤怒不能成就上帝的公義。
