他又鑄了一個圓形銅海，高二點二五米，直徑四點五米，周長十三點五米。銅海邊緣下方有兩圈牛的圖案，每五十釐米有十頭牛，是鑄銅海的時候鑄上的。有十二頭銅牛馱著銅海，三頭向北，三頭向西，三頭向南，三頭向東，牛尾向內。銅海厚八釐米，邊如杯邊，又如百合花，容量為六萬六千升。

殿內全部鋪上香柏木，不露一點石頭，香柏木上刻著野瓜和花朵的圖案。

目的是為了透過教會讓天上的執政者和掌權者現在可以看出上帝豐富的智慧。

義人必如生機勃勃的棕櫚樹，像茁壯生長的黎巴嫩香柏樹。他們栽在耶和華的殿中，他們在我們上帝的院子裡長得枝繁葉茂。他們到老仍然結果子，一片青翠，宣揚說：「耶和華公正無私，祂是我的磐石，祂裡面毫無不義。」

眾天使啊，你們要讚美祂！眾天軍啊，你們要讚美祂！
