Behold, I intend to build a house for the name of Yahweh my God, as Yahweh spoke to David my father, saying,‘ Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place shall build the house for my name.’

我定意要为耶和华我神的名建殿，是照耶和华应许我父亲大卫的话说：‘我必使你儿子接续你坐你的位，他必为我的名建殿。’

看哪，我吩咐要为耶和华—我上帝的名建殿，是照耶和华向我父亲大卫说的：‘我必使你儿子接续你，坐你的王位，他必为我的名建殿。’

所以我有意要為耶和華我的神的名建造殿宇，正如耶和華曾對我的父親大衛說：‘你的兒子，就是我要使他接續你坐在王位上的，要為我的名建造殿宇。’

我心裏就說要為永恆主我的上帝的名建殿，照永恆主對我父親大衛所說過的話，說：「你那兒子、我所要設立來接替你坐你位上的、是他才要為我的名來建殿。」

我決志為我上帝耶和華之名建室、應耶和華諭我父大衛之言曰、我將使爾子繼爾踐位、彼必為我名建室、

我欲建殿、籲我上帝耶和華名、應耶和華告我父大闢之言、曰、我將使爾子繼位、彼必建殿、以籲我名。

我欲為主我天主之名建殿、應主許我父大衛之言云、我將使爾子繼爾之位、彼必為我名建殿、

I intend, therefore, to build a temple for the Name of the Lord my God, as the Lord told my father David, when he said,‘ Your son whom I will put on the throne in your place will build the temple for my Name.’

So I’m planning to build a temple. I want to build it for the Name of the Lord my God. That’s what he told my father David he wanted me to do. He said,‘ I will put your son on the throne in your place. He will build a temple. I will put my Name there.’

And so I intend to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, as the Lord said to David my father,‘ Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place, shall build the house for my name.’

So I am planning to build a Temple to honor the name of the Lord my God, just as he had instructed my father, David. For the Lord told him,‘ Your son, whom I will place on your throne, will build the Temple to honor my name.’

So I plan to build a temple for the name of the LORD my God, according to what the LORD promised my father David:‘ I will put your son on your throne in your place, and he will build the temple for my name.’

So behold, I intend to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, just as the Lord spoke to David my father, saying,‘ Your son, whom I will put on your throne in your place, he will build the house for My name.’

And behold, I propose to build a house for the name of the Lord my God, as the Lord spoke to my father David, saying,“ Your son, whom I will set on your throne in your place, he shall build the house for My name.”

And, behold, I purpose to build a house for the name of Jehovah my God, as Jehovah spake unto David my father, saying, Thy son, whom I will set upon thy throne in thy room, he shall build the house for my name.

So I plan to build a temple for the name of Yahweh my God, according to what the Lord promised my father David:‘ I will put your son on your throne in your place, and he will build the temple for My name.’

And, behold, I purpose to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God, as the LORD spake unto David my father, saying, Thy son, whom I will set upon thy throne in thy room, he shall build an house unto my name.

So I have decided to build a temple to honor the LORD my God, as the LORD instructed my father David,‘ Your son, whom I will put on your throne in your place, is the one who will build a temple to honor me.’

He will build me a house, and I will establish his throne forever.

He shall build a house for my name; and he will be my son, and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’

He said to me,‘ Solomon, your son, shall build my house and my courts; for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.

When your days are fulfilled, and you sleep with your fathers, I will set up your offspring after you, who will proceed out of your body, and I will establish his kingdom.He will build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.

and speak to him, saying,‘ Yahweh of Armies says,“ Behold, the man whose name is the Branch: and he shall grow up out of his place; and he shall build Yahweh’s temple;even he shall build Yahweh’s temple; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule on his throne; and he shall be a priest on his throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

Take heed now; for Yahweh has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary. Be strong, and do it.”

Now Solomon decided to build a house for Yahweh’s name, and a house for his kingdom.Solomon counted out seventy thousand men to bear burdens, eighty thousand men who were stone cutters in the mountains, and three thousand six hundred to oversee them.Solomon sent to Huram the king of Tyre, saying,“ As you dealt with David my father, and sent him cedars to build him a house in which to dwell, so deal with me.Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of Yahweh my God, to dedicate it to him, to burn before him incense of sweet spices, for the continual show bread, and for the burnt offerings morning and evening, on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts of Yahweh our God. This is an ordinance forever to Israel.“ The house which I am building will be great; for our God is greater than all gods.But who is able to build him a house, since heaven and the heaven of heavens can’t contain him? Who am I then, that I should build him a house, except just to burn incense before him?“ Now therefore send me a man skillful to work in gold, in silver, in bronze, in iron, and in purple, crimson, and blue, and who knows how to engrave engravings, to be with the skillful men who are with me in Judah and in Jerusalem, whom David my father provided.“ Send me also cedar trees, cypress trees, and algum trees out of Lebanon; for I know that your servants know how to cut timber in Lebanon. Behold, my servants will be with your servants,
