And Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the Euphrates River to the land of the Philistines, as far as the border of Egypt. These countries brought tribute and were Solomon’s subjects all his life.

因你耶路撒冷的殿，列王必帶貢物獻給你。

我要定你的境界，從紅海直到非利士海，又從曠野直到大河。我要將那地的居民交在你手中，你要將他們從你面前攆出去。

但有些匪徒說：「這人怎能救我們呢？」就藐視他，沒有送他禮物；掃羅卻不理會。

從前耶路撒冷也有大君王統管河西全地，人就給他們進貢，交課，納稅。

所羅門統管諸王，從大河到非利士地，直到埃及的邊界。王在耶路撒冷使銀子多如石頭，香柏木多如高原的桑樹。有人從埃及和各國為所羅門趕馬羣來。所羅門其餘的事，自始至終，不都寫在先知拿單的書上和示羅人亞希雅的預言書上，並先見易多論尼八兒子耶羅波安的默示書上嗎？所羅門在耶路撒冷作以色列眾人的王共四十年。所羅門與他列祖同睡，葬在他父大衛城裏。他兒子羅波安接續他作王。

所以耶和華堅定他的國，猶大眾人給他進貢；約沙法大有尊榮資財。

所羅門管理大河西邊的諸王，以及從提弗薩直到迦薩的全地，四境盡都平安。

凡你們腳掌所踏之地都必歸你們；從曠野和黎巴嫩，並幼發拉底大河，直到西海，都要作你們的境界。

他要執掌權柄，從這海直到那海，從大河直到地極。住在曠野的，必在他面前下拜；他的仇敵必要舔土。他施和海島的王要進貢；示巴和西巴的王要獻禮物。諸王都要叩拜他；萬國都要事奉他。

你們許願，當向耶和華－你們的神還願；在他四面的人都當拿貢物獻給那可畏的主。

亞述王撒縵以色上來攻擊何細亞，何細亞就服事他，給他進貢。

有許多人到耶路撒冷，將供物獻與耶和華，又將寶物送給猶大王希西家。此後，希西家在列邦人的眼中看為尊大。
