And Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the Euphrates River to the land of the Philistines, as far as the border of Egypt. These countries brought tribute and were Solomon’s subjects all his life.

所罗门统管从幼发拉底河到非利士地区，远至埃及边境的诸王。王使耶路撒冷的金银多如石头，使香柏木多如丘陵的无花果树。所罗门的马匹都是从埃及和其他国家运来的。所罗门一生的事迹，自始至终都记在拿单先知的史记、示罗人亚希雅的《预言书》和易多先见论尼八的儿子耶罗波安的《启示书》中。所罗门在耶路撒冷统治以色列四十年，他与祖先同眠后，葬在他父亲大卫的城里。他儿子罗波安继位。

因此，耶和华巩固他的王位，所有的犹大人都向他进贡，他极有财富和尊荣。

所罗门统治幼发拉底河西面所有的国家，从提弗萨直到迦萨，四境安宁。

你们脚掌踏过的地方都要归你们。你们的疆界南到旷野，北到黎巴嫩，东到幼发拉底河，西到地中海。

愿他的疆域横跨洋海，从幼发拉底河直到地极。愿旷野的居民都来向他下拜，敌人都扑倒在尘土中。愿他施、示巴和西巴的君王都来纳贡称臣。愿君王都敬拜他，万国都事奉他。

你们要向你们的上帝耶和华许愿、还愿，愿四周的邻邦都带礼物来献给当受敬畏的主。

亚述王撒缦以色攻打以色列，何细亚纳贡称臣。

许多人带着祭物到耶路撒冷献给耶和华，也带许多名贵的礼物送给犹大王希西迦。此后，希西迦受到各国的敬重。
