以色列王乃集先知、約四百人、謂之曰、我往基列拉末以戰、可否、曰、往哉、主必付之於王手、

So the king of Israel brought together the prophets— about four hundred men— and asked them,“ Shall I go to war against Ramoth Gilead, or shall I refrain?”“ Go,” they answered,“ for the Lord will give it into the king’s hand.”

So the king of Israel brought about 400 prophets together. He asked them,“ Should I go to war against Ramoth Gilead? Or should I stay here?”“ Go,” they answered.“ The Lord will hand it over to you.”

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them,“ Shall I go to battle against Ramoth-gilead, or shall I refrain?” And they said,“ Go up, for the Lord will give it into the hand of the king.”

So the king of Israel summoned the prophets, about 400 of them, and asked them,“ Should I go to war against Ramoth gilead, or should I hold back?” They all replied,“ Yes, go right ahead! The Lord will give the king victory.”

So the king of Israel gathered the prophets, about four hundred men, and asked them,“ Should I go against Ramoth-gilead for war or should I refrain?” They replied,“ March up, and the Lord will hand it over to the king.”

So the king of Israel assembled the prophets, about four hundred men, and said to them,“ Should I go to battle against Ramoth gilead or should I refrain?” And they said,“ Go up, for the Lord will hand it over to the king.”

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them,“ Shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to fight, or shall I refrain?” So they said,“ Go up, for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall I go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for the Lord shall deliver[ it] into the hand of the king.

So the king of Israel assembled about four hundred prophets and asked them,“ Should I attack Ramoth Gilead or not?” They said,“ Attack! The sovereign one will hand it over to the king.”

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them,“ Should I go against Ramoth Gilead to battle, or should I refrain?” They said,“ Go up; for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

今當遣人集以色列眾、與巴力之先知四百五十人、及木偶之先知四百人、食於耶洗別之席者、至迦密山見我、

耶路撒冷之先知、所行可憎、我亦見之、縱淫亂、行虛誕、而堅惡人之手、致令無人轉離其惡、彼於我前如所多瑪、其民若蛾摩拉、○萬軍之耶和華論先知曰、我必以茵陳食之、以毒水飲之、因耶路撒冷之先知、使邪惡徧滿斯土也、萬軍之耶和華曰、先知預言、爾勿聽之、彼教爾以虛妄、所言之啟示、乃由己意、非出於耶和華之口、彼恆謂藐我者曰、耶和華云、爾必綏安、謂徇己心之剛愎者曰、災不及於爾身、

惟彼義人、我未使之殷憂、爾以妄誕使之心戚、亦堅惡人之手、致不轉離邪途、而得生存、

我未諭爾、而爾曰耶和華言之、爾所得者、非虛偽之啟示乎、爾所言者、非欺誑之卜筮乎、主耶和華曰、因爾言虛偽、見欺誑、我則敵爾、維彼先知、得虛偽之啟示、占欺誑之卜筮、我必以手禦之、不得與於我民之會、不錄於以色列家之籍、不入於以色列地、則知我乃主耶和華、蓋彼誘惑我民、謂曰平康、實無平康、人築垣墉、彼以不堅之泥塗之、爾當告塗者云、垣必傾圮、霪雨下、巨雹降、飄風裂之、垣既傾圮、人不語爾云、爾所塗之泥安在乎、故主耶和華曰、我必震怒以飄風裂之、發忿以霪雨巨雹毀之、如是、爾以不堅之泥所塗之垣、我必毀之、傾之於地、露其基址、傾時、爾亦亡於其中、則知我乃耶和華、我洩我忿於垣、及以不堅之泥而塗之者、告爾曰、垣與塗者、俱歸烏有、此即以色列之先知、彼指耶路撒冷預言、為之得平康之啟示、實無平康、主耶和華言之矣、○

既至王前、王曰、米該雅、我儕往基列拉末以戰、可否、曰、可往、而得利達、耶和華必付之王手、

曰、何以誘之、曰、我將出為誑言之神、在其眾先知之口、曰、爾往為之、必成其事、今耶和華以誑言之神、置爾眾先知之口、耶和華有言、將加禍於爾、

昔有偽先知起於民間、爾中亦將有偽師、私傳左道以陷人、拒贖之之主、自取速亡、將有多人從其淫妄、真道因之而受謗、彼由貪婪、將以飾言漁爾之利、自昔其鞫不遲、淪亡不寢、

是歲猶大王西底家即位之四年五月、基遍人押朔子先知哈拿尼雅、在耶和華室、祭司庶民前、告我曰、萬軍之耶和華、以色列之上帝云、我已折巴比倫王之軛、二年期屆、耶和華室之器、即巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、自此遷至巴比倫者、我必返之、且導猶大王約雅敬子耶哥尼雅、及猶大之俘囚至巴比倫者、返於此地、蓋我必折巴比倫王之軛、耶和華言之矣、先知耶利米、當祭司及立於耶和華室之民眾前、語先知哈拿尼雅、曰、阿們、願耶和華如是而行、願耶和華如爾預言、返耶和華室之器、與俘囚之眾、自巴比倫至於此地、然我有言、告爾及民、爾其聽之、爾我以前之先知、自古對多國大邦、預言戰爭、災害疫癘、先知預言平康、其言得應、則知其先知誠為耶和華所遣、

謹防偽先知、其就爾也、外飾若羊、內則貪狼、

既至王前、王曰、米該雅、我儕往基列拉末以戰、可否、曰、可往、而得利達、敵必被付於爾手、

蓋時至、人將不容正教、因其耳癢而徇己慾、多集厥師、

先知傳虛偽、祭司藉以操權、我民咸以為悅、至終爾將若之何、

我則曰、噫、主耶和華歟、諸先知語民曰、爾必不罹鋒刃、不遭饑饉、耶和華必於斯土、錫爾久安、耶和華諭我曰、諸先知託我名而妄言、我未遣之、未命之、未諭之、彼之所傳、乃虛偽之啟示、無憑之卜筮、妄誕之言詞、己心之詭詐、

獸被執、偽先知亦然、即昔行異蹟於獸前、以惑受獸印誌而拜其像者、二者生投於火湖、以硫焚之、

故我必以其妻室予他人、以其田疇付虜者、因其自尊逮卑、咸屬貪婪、先知祭司、俱行虛誕、彼醫我民女之傷、畧而為之、曰、平康平康、實無平康、
