When the chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat, they said,“ He must be the king of Israel.” So they turned and attacked him, but Jehoshaphat cried out.

车兵长看见约沙法，便说：“这必是以色列王！”就转过去与他争战，约沙法便呼喊。

車騎之長、見約沙法、則曰、彼以色列王也、遂與之戰。約沙法大聲而呼。

率車之諸將見約沙法、則曰、此必以色列王也、遂前欲攻之、約沙法大聲而呼、

When the chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat, they thought,“ Surely this is the king of Israel.” So they turned to attack him, but when Jehoshaphat cried out,

And when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, they said,“ It is surely the king of Israel.” So they turned to fight against him. And Jehoshaphat cried out.

So when the Aramean chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat in his royal robes, they went after him.“ There is the king of Israel!” they shouted. But when Jehoshaphat called out,

Jonah prayed to the LORD his God from the stomach of the fishand said,“ I called out to the LORD from my distress, and he answered me; from the belly of Sheol I cried out for help, and you heard my prayer.

The one who associates with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.

Pray to me when you are in trouble! I will deliver you, and you will honor me!”

When he calls out to me, I will answer him. I will be with him when he is in trouble; I will rescue him and bring him honor.

When Pharaoh got closer, the Israelites looked up, and there were the Egyptians marching after them, and they were terrified. The Israelites cried out to the LORD,

I love the LORD because he heard my plea for mercy,and listened to me. As long as I live, I will call to him when I need help.

From the deep water I cry out to you, O LORD.O Lord, listen to me! Pay attention to my plea for mercy!If you, O LORD, were to keep track of sins, O Lord, who could stand before you?But you are willing to forgive, so that you might be honored.

When the chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat, they said,“ He must be the king of Israel!” So they turned and attacked him, but Jehoshaphat cried out. The LORD helped him; God lured them away from him.
