耶和华问他说：‘你用何法呢？’他说：‘我去，要在他众先知口中作谎言的灵。’耶和华说：‘这样，你必能引诱他，你去如此行吧！’

他回答：‘我要出去，在亚哈所有先知的口中，作说谎的灵。’耶和华说：‘你可以去引诱他，你也必能成功，你去这样行吧！’

曰、何以誘之、曰、我將出為誑言之神、在其眾先知之口、曰、爾往為之、必成其事、

曰誘之若何。曰、我將感其先知、胥動以浮言。曰、往哉、行此、爾必誘之、以成爾志。

曰、我往感其眾先知、使俱妄言、主曰、如是、爾必能誘之、往哉、可循所言而行、

“‘ By what means?’ the Lord asked.“‘ I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said.“‘ You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the Lord.‘ Go and do it.’

“‘ How?’ the Lord asked.“ The spirit said,‘ I’ll go out and put lies in the mouths of all his prophets.’“‘ You will have success in getting Ahab to attack Ramoth Gilead,’ said the Lord.‘ Go and do it.’

And the Lord said to him,‘ By what means?’ And he said,‘ I will go out, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And he said,‘ You are to entice him, and you shall succeed; go out and do so.’

“‘ How will you do this?’ the Lord asked.“ And the spirit replied,‘ I will go out and inspire all of Ahab’s prophets to speak lies.’“‘ You will succeed,’ said the Lord.‘ Go ahead and do it.’

“ The LORD asked him,‘ How?’“ He said,‘ I will go and become a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’“ Then he said,‘ You will certainly entice him and prevail. Go and do that.’

And the Lord said to him,‘ How?’ And he said,‘ I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets.’ Then He said,‘ You shall entice him, and you will also prevail. Go and do so.’

The Lord said to him,‘ In what way?’ So he said,‘ I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And the Lord said,‘ You shall persuade him, and also prevail. Go out and do so.’

And Jehovah said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt entice him, and shalt prevail also: go forth, and do so.

“ The Lord asked him,‘ How?’“ He said,‘ I will go and become a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’“ Then He said,‘ You will certainly entice him and prevail. Go and do that.’

And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade[ him], and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

He replied,‘ I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouths of all his prophets.’ The LORD said,‘ Deceive and overpower him. Go out and do as you have proposed.’

Yahweh said to him,‘ How?’ He said,‘ I will go out and will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ He said,‘ You will entice him, and will also prevail. Go out and do so.’

上帝打發了惡靈來到亞比米勒和示劍公民中間，示劍公民就用詭詐待亞比米勒；

神言人若被引誘說了一句話，是我永恆主讓那神言人被引誘的；我必伸手攻擊他，將他從我人民以色列中消滅掉。

因了得權柄而在獸面前能行神迹、牠就迷惑住在地上的人，告訴住在地上的人要為那受刀擊傷還活着的獸造像。

我看見有三個污靈像青蛙、從龍口、從獸口、從假神言人口中出來。他們是能行神迹的鬼魔之靈、出來到普天下列王各地、要召集他們去赴全能者上帝之大日子的戰爭的。（

撒但回答永恆主說：『以皮代皮：人為了自己的性命、就情願拿出他一切所有的了。你只要伸手擊打他的骨頭和皮肉，他就當面謗讟你了。』永恆主對撒但說：『看哪，他都讓你手擺布；只是他的性命你卻要保存。』

永恆主說：「誰去引誘亞哈上去、倒斃在基列的拉末呢？」這個說這樣，那個說那樣。

永恆主的靈離開了掃羅；有惡靈從永恆主那裏來驚擾他。

因為上帝將念頭放在他們心中，叫他們行他的心意，行一樣的心意，將自己的國給予獸，直到上帝一切的話語都得應驗。

第二天、從上帝那裏來的惡靈大大激動了掃羅，掃羅就在家中發神言狂；大衛天天手彈絃琴；掃羅手裏總是拿着矛。

永恆主問撒但說：『你有沒有用心察看過我僕人約伯，看出地上沒有人能比得上他那樣純全，又正直又敬畏上帝，又遠離壞事呢？』撒但回答永恆主說：『約伯哪裏是無緣無故敬畏上帝呢？豈不是因你四面給圈上籬笆圍護着他和他的家、跟他一切所有的麼？他手所作的你都賜福；他的牲畜在地上也突破限量地增多。但你只要伸手擊打他一切所有的，他就一定當面謗讟你了。』

於是大龍被摔下：大龍就是古蛇，叫魔鬼又叫撒但的，就是那迷惑普天下的。他被摔在地上，他的使者也同他被摔下。我就聽見有大聲音在天上說：『我們的上帝的拯救、權能、國度、和他所膏立的基督的權柄、現在已經成立了。因為那控告我們弟兄的、那晝夜在我們的上帝面前控告他們的、已被摔下了。

你們是出於你們的父魔鬼的；你們的父的私慾、你們才願意行。他從起初就是殺人的，不站立在真實上，因為在他裏面沒有真實。他說謊言時，乃由本性說出來，因為他是撒謊者，是撒謊者的父。

但聖靈明說、在末後的時期、必有人離棄信仰，意向着謬妄的靈、和鬼魔的教條。

那一千年完了，撒但就會被釋放、出了監牢。

從永恆主那裏來的惡靈臨到掃羅身上；（掃羅坐在屋裏，手裏拿着矛）大衛則手彈絃琴。

他愛咒罵，願咒罵臨到他；他不喜愛祝福，願祝福遠離他。

那迷惑他們的魔鬼就被丟在火跟硫磺的湖裏、獸和假神言人所在的地方；他們必晝夜受苦痛，世世代代、永不停息。

丟在無底坑裏，關起來，又在他上邊蓋印封着，使他不能再迷惑列國，等到那一千年完了。此後必須暫時被釋放。

彼得說：『亞拿尼亞，為甚麼撒但充滿了你的心，以致你撒謊騙聖靈，從園地的價錢中私拿幾分呢？地還留着，所留的不是你的麼？既已賣了，不是在你權內麼？為甚麼你心裏起意去作這事呢？你不是撒謊騙人，乃是騙上帝啊！』

力量和成功的謀略盡在於他；受騙的與騙人的、都屬於他。

那不法者之「來臨」是依撒但「所運用的動力」、用各樣虛謊之異能神迹奇事，用各樣不義之誘惑施在趨於滅亡的人身上的，因為他們不接受愛真理的心而使他們得救。
