“ Dogs will eat those belonging to Ahab who die in the city, and the birds will feed on those who die in the country.”

“ Some of the people who belong to Ahab will die in the city. Dogs will eat them up. Others will die in the country. The birds will eat them.”

Anyone belonging to Ahab who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone of his who dies in the open country the birds of the heavens shall eat.”

“ The members of Ahab’s family who die in the city will be eaten by dogs, and those who die in the field will be eaten by vultures.”

Anyone who belongs to Ahab and dies in the city, the dogs will eat, and anyone who dies in the field, the birds will eat.’”

The one belonging to Ahab, who dies in the city, the dogs will eat; and the one who dies in the field, the birds of the sky will eat.”

The dogs shall eat whoever belongs to Ahab and dies in the city, and the birds of the air shall eat whoever dies in the field.”

Him that dieth of Ahab in the city the dogs shall eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the birds of the heavens eat.

好喫君王的肉、千夫長的肉、壯士的肉、馬和騎馬者的肉、自主的為奴的、小的大的、眾人的肉。』

永恆主發神諭說：『我派了四種類來罰他們：刀劍來殺戮，狗來拖拉，空中的飛鳥和地上的野獸來吞喫來毁滅。

我必將你丟在地上，將你拋擲在田野上，使空中的飛鳥都棲息在你身上，使遍地的野獸都喫你到飽飫。我必將你的肉撒在山間，將你高堆的屍體填滿着平谷。

惟獨你被拋棄，不得進你的墳墓，好像可厭的屍身，發出被刀刺死者的臭味，墜落到陰坑的根基，如同屍身被踐踏。

你們可以喫勇士的肉，喝地上首領的血；就如喫公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛的肉；都是巴珊的肥畜。從我的祭筵、我為你們宰備的祭筵、你們可以喫脂肪喫到飽飫，喝血喝到醉。你們可以在我席上喫馬匹和拉戰車的獸、喫勇士和一切戰士的肉，喫到飽飫；這是主永恆主發神諭說的。
