有兩個無賴子一類的人來，坐在拿伯對面；無賴子當着眾民面前作見證告拿伯說：『拿伯曾經謗讟上帝和王』；眾人就把他拉出城外，拿石頭打他打到死。

有两个匪徒来，坐在拿伯的对面，当着众民作见证告他说：“拿伯谤渎神和王了！”众人就把他拉到城外，用石头打死。

Then two scoundrels came and sat opposite him and brought charges against Naboth before the people, saying,“ Naboth has cursed both God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death.

Then two worthless and evil men came and sat across from him. They brought charges against Naboth in front of the people. The two men said,“ Naboth has cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city. They killed him by throwing stones at him.

And the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him. And the worthless men brought a charge against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.

Then the two scoundrels came and sat down across from him. And they accused Naboth before all the people, saying,“ He cursed God and the king.” So he was dragged outside the town and stoned to death.

The two wicked men came in and sat opposite him. Then the wicked men testified against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying,“ Naboth has cursed God and the king!” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.

And the two men, the base fellows, came in and sat before him: and the base fellows bare witness against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did curse God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him to death with stones.

And there came in two men, children of Belial, and sat before him: and the men of Belial witnessed against him,[ even] against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying, Naboth did blaspheme God and the king. Then they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died.

The two villains arrived and sat opposite him. Then the villains testified against Naboth right before the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they dragged him outside the city and stoned him to death.

The two men, the wicked fellows, came in and sat before him. The wicked fellows testified against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king!” Then they carried him out of the city and stoned him to death with stones.

「永恆主發神諭說：『我一定在這地段報應你，正如我昨日才看見拿伯的血和他兒子們的血一樣；』這是永恆主發神諭說的。」所以現在你要把他背起來，丟在這地段，照永恆主所說的。』

他本城的眾人就要扔石頭砍他，砍到死去；這樣、你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了；這樣、全以色列聽見，就懼怕了。

從此彼拉多就想法子要釋放耶穌；無奈猶太人直嚷着說：『你若釋放這個人，就不是「該撒的忠臣」了；凡以自己為王的，就是頂撞着該撒。』

作假見證陷害鄰舍的人、是大槌、是利刀、是快箭。

若有一個強暴的見證人起來指責一個人，作證控訴他橫逆不道，那麼、彼此爭訟的這兩個人就要站在永恆主面前、在當日做祭司做審判官者面前。審判官要仔細查究；如果那見證人是個假的見證人作假見證控訴他的族弟兄，那麼你們就要照他所圖謀要待族弟兄的去待他；這樣、你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。其餘的人聽見，就會懼怕，再也不敢在你中間行這樣的壞事了。你的眼不可顧惜他；要以命償命，以眼還眼，以牙還牙，以手還手，以腳還腳。

『不可作假見證陷害你的鄰舍。

噴吐謊言的假見證、在弟兄中散布紛爭的人。

不要把我交給敵人、去遂他們的心願哦；因為作假見證的人起來攻擊我，噴出兇暴來。

我又看、日光之下所行的一切欺壓：看哪，受欺壓的流淚，無人安慰！欺壓他們的、手裏有勢力，也無人安慰！

那麼人就要把那少女拉出到他父家門口，她本城的人要拿石頭打她，打到她死去，因為她在以色列中作了醜事，在她父家行了淫亂；這樣，你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。

假見證必難免於受罰；噴吐謊言的必滅亡。

伯特利的祭司亞瑪謝打發人去見以色列王耶羅波安說：『阿摩司在以色列家中圖謀背叛了你；他所說的一切話、這國擔當不起。

但你只要伸手擊打他一切所有的，他就一定當面謗讟你了。』

約書亞連同以色列眾人、把謝拉的曾孫亞干、和那銀子、那件袍子、那條金子、跟他的兒子和女兒、他的牛、驢、羊、帳棚、以及他一切所有的、都帶上亞割山谷去。約書亞說：『你為甚麼把我們搞壞呢？今天永恆主必搞壞你。』於是以色列眾人扔石頭把他砍死，用火燒了他們，又拿石頭丟在他們上頭。

我們查出這個人簡直是瘟疫，在普天下眾猶太人中攪動亂事，又是拿撒勒派的一個頭目。

假見證必難免於受罰；噴吐謊言的必不能逃脫。

就是在你心思中你都不可咒詛君王；在你臥房裏你也不可咒詛富戶；因為空中的飛鳥能把這聲音帶去；有翅膀的會傳說話語。

開始控告他說：『我們查出這個人扭轉我們民族的心，攔阻人納貢銀給該撒，並說自己是上帝所膏立者，是王。』

有幾個經學士心裏說：『這個人說僭妄的話了。』

宴飲的日子輪完了，約伯總打發人去叫他們來，使他們潔淨自己為聖；他往往在早晨時候清早起來，按着他們幾人的數目獻上燔祭；因為約伯說：『萬一我兒子犯了罪，心裏謗讟上帝呢。』每逢這個日子、約伯總是這樣行的。

因為有許多人作假見證告他，見證都不相合。有幾個人站起來，作假見證告他說：『我們曾聽見他說，「我要拆毁這人手造的殿堂，三日之間要建造另一座不是人手造的。」』就是這樣，他們的見證也不相合。

於是他們教唆人說：『我們曾聽見他說了謗讟摩西和上帝的話。』

他妻子對他說：『你一直持守你的純全？謗讟上帝來死吧。』

這以色列婦人的兒子咒詛了聖名，並且咒罵；就有人把他送到摩西那裏。（他母親名叫示羅密，是但支派底伯利的女兒。）他們把那人安置在看守所裏，要看永恆主所吩咐的怎樣明示他們。永恆主告訴摩西說：『把那咒罵聖名的人拉出營外；叫聽見的人都按手在他頭上，讓全會眾扔石頭把他砍死。你要告訴以色列人說：凡咒罵他的上帝的、總要擔當他的罪罰。那咒詛永恆主的名的、必須被處死；全會眾總要扔石頭把他砍死；不管是寄居的、是本地人、咒詛了聖名，就必須被處死。

他們就大聲喊叫，摀着耳朵，同心合意地向他衝上去，給趕出城外，直扔石頭打。見證人把衣裳脫在一個叫掃羅的壯年人腳旁。他們扔石頭打司提反的時候、司提反呼求說：『主耶穌啊，接納我的靈。』

你要拿石頭打他，打到他死去，因為他想法子要勾引你離開永恆主你的上帝、那把你從埃及地從為奴之家領出來的。

強暴的見證人起來，將我所不知的事盤問我。

『「不可作虛謊的見證陷害你的鄰舍。

於是永恆主告訴摩西說：『那人必須被處死；全會眾要在營外扔石頭把他砍死。』全會眾就把那人拉出營外，扔石頭砍他、砍到死去，照永恆主所吩咐摩西的。

人們必經過這地，受艱難，受饑餓；他們饑餓時、自己惱怒，便咒罵自己的王、自己的神；

萬軍之永恆主說：『我必走近你們來行審判；我必做個敏捷果決的見證、來警戒行邪術的、犯姦淫的、起假誓的、在工價上欺壓雇工人的、欺壓寡婦孤兒的、屈枉寄居的；而他們竟不畏懼我。

你們就要把他們二人拉出到城門口，拿石頭打，打到他們死去。打那少女呢、是因為她雖在城裏也不喊叫；打那男人呢、是因為他玷辱了他鄰舍的妻子；這樣，你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。
