Meanwhile a prophet came to Ahab king of Israel and announced,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Do you see this vast army? I will give it into your hand today, and then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

During that time a prophet came to Ahab, the king of Israel. He announced,“ The Lord says,‘ Do you see this huge army? I will hand it over to you today. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”

And behold, a prophet came near to Ahab king of Israel and said,“ Thus says the Lord, Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will give it into your hand this day, and you shall know that I am the Lord.”

Then a certain prophet came to see King Ahab of Israel and told him,“ This is what the Lord says: Do you see all these enemy forces? Today I will hand them all over to you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”

A prophet approached King Ahab of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Do you see this whole huge army? Watch, I am handing it over to you today so that you may know that I am the LORD.’”

Now behold, a prophet approached Ahab king of Israel, and said,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I am going to hand them over to you today, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’ ”

Suddenly a prophet approached Ahab king of Israel, saying,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will deliver it into your hand today, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”

And, behold, a prophet came near unto Ahab king of Israel, and said, Thus saith Jehovah, Hast thou seen all this great multitude? behold, I will deliver it into thy hand this day; and thou shalt know that I am Jehovah.

A prophet came to Ahab king of Israel and said,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Do you see this entire great army? Watch, I am handing it over to you today so that you may know that I am Yahweh.’”

And, behold, there came a prophet unto Ahab king of Israel, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou seen all this great multitude? behold, I will deliver it into thine hand this day; and thou shalt know that I[ am] the LORD.

Now a prophet visited King Ahab of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says,‘ Do you see this huge army? Look, I am going to hand it over to you this very day. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

Behold, a prophet came near to Ahab king of Israel, and said,“ Yahweh says,‘ Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will deliver it into your hand today. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.’”

烏西雅的孫子、約坦的兒子猶大王亞哈斯在位的日子，亞蘭王利汛和利瑪利的兒子以色列王比加，上來攻打耶路撒冷，卻不能把它攻陷。有人告訴大衛家說：“亞蘭已經在以法蓮地安營。”王的心和人民的心就都震動，像林中的樹被風搖動一樣。耶和華對以賽亞說：“你和你的兒子施亞雅述出去，在上池的水溝盡頭，就是在漂布者田間的大路上，去迎接亞哈斯，對他說：‘你要謹慎，要鎮定，不要因亞蘭王利汛和利瑪利的兒子這兩個冒煙的火把頭所發的怒氣而害怕，也不要心裡膽怯。因為亞蘭、以法蓮和利瑪利的兒子，設惡謀要害你，說：“我們可以上去攻打猶大，擾亂她，把她攻佔過來，歸我們所有，又在其中立他比勒的兒子作王。”因此，主耶和華這樣說：“這計謀必立不住，也不能成就，因為亞蘭的首都是大馬士革，大馬士革的首領是利汛；六十五年之內，以法蓮必定毀滅，不再成為一族之民。以法蓮的首都是撒瑪利亞，撒瑪利亞的首領是利瑪利的兒子；你們若不相信，就必定不得堅立。”’”

耶和華我們的神啊！現在求你拯救我們脫離亞述王的手，使地上萬國都知道唯有你耶和華是神。”

我在法老身上，以及他的馬車和馬兵身上得到榮耀的時候，埃及人就知道我是耶和華。”

然而我為了我名的緣故沒有這樣作，免得我的名在列國的人眼中被褻瀆；我曾在他們眼前把以色列人領出來。

“以色列人的怨言，我已經聽見了。你告訴他們說：‘黃昏的時候你們必吃肉，早晨的時候必有食物吃飽；這樣，你們就知道我耶和華是你們的神了。’”

被殺的人必倒在你們中間，你們就知道我是耶和華。

到了獻晚祭的時候，以利亞先知近前來，說：“亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的神耶和華，求你今天使人知道你是在以色列中的神，我是你的僕人，又是奉你的命令行這一切事。耶和華啊，求你應允我，應允我！使這民知道你耶和華是神，又知道是你使這民的心再回轉過來的。”

但耶和華仍然施恩給他們，憐憫他們，眷顧他們，這是因為他與亞伯拉罕、以撒和雅各所立的約，不願意毀滅他們，把他們從自己的面前丟棄，直到今日。

亞蘭王與以色列人打仗，他和他的臣僕商議，說：“我要在某處某處埋伏。”神人就差派人去見以色列王說：“你要小心，不要經過這個地方，因為亞蘭人在那裡埋伏。”以色列王派人到那地方，就是神人曾告訴他，警告他的，他就在那裡小心防範；這樣不止一兩次。亞蘭王因為這事心中大感困惑，他召了他的臣僕來，對他們說：“在我們中間有誰幫助以色列王，你們不告訴我嗎？”他的一位臣僕說：“我主我王啊！不是的；只不過是以色列的以利沙先知，把你在你臥室內所說的話，告知了以色列王。”

以利沙說：“你們要聽耶和華的話。耶和華這樣說：‘明日大約這個時候，在撒瑪利亞的城門，三公斤麵粉只賣十一克銀子，六公斤大麥也只是賣十一克銀子。’”

使他們知道只有你的名是耶和華，唯有你是掌管全地的至高者。
