Meanwhile a prophet came to Ahab king of Israel and announced,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Do you see this vast army? I will give it into your hand today, and then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

During that time a prophet came to Ahab, the king of Israel. He announced,“ The Lord says,‘ Do you see this huge army? I will hand it over to you today. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’ ”

And behold, a prophet came near to Ahab king of Israel and said,“ Thus says the Lord, Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will give it into your hand this day, and you shall know that I am the Lord.”

Then a certain prophet came to see King Ahab of Israel and told him,“ This is what the Lord says: Do you see all these enemy forces? Today I will hand them all over to you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”

A prophet approached King Ahab of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Do you see this whole huge army? Watch, I am handing it over to you today so that you may know that I am the LORD.’”

Now behold, a prophet approached Ahab king of Israel, and said,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I am going to hand them over to you today, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’ ”

Suddenly a prophet approached Ahab king of Israel, saying,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will deliver it into your hand today, and you shall know that I am the Lord.’”

And, behold, a prophet came near unto Ahab king of Israel, and said, Thus saith Jehovah, Hast thou seen all this great multitude? behold, I will deliver it into thy hand this day; and thou shalt know that I am Jehovah.

A prophet came to Ahab king of Israel and said,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Do you see this entire great army? Watch, I am handing it over to you today so that you may know that I am Yahweh.’”

And, behold, there came a prophet unto Ahab king of Israel, saying, Thus saith the LORD, Hast thou seen all this great multitude? behold, I will deliver it into thine hand this day; and thou shalt know that I[ am] the LORD.

Now a prophet visited King Ahab of Israel and said,“ This is what the LORD says,‘ Do you see this huge army? Look, I am going to hand it over to you this very day. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’”

Behold, a prophet came near to Ahab king of Israel, and said,“ Yahweh says,‘ Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will deliver it into your hand today. Then you will know that I am Yahweh.’”

乌西雅的孙子、约坦的儿子亚哈斯做犹大王时，亚兰王利迅和利玛利的儿子以色列王比加来攻打耶路撒冷，却无法攻破。亚兰和以色列结盟的消息传到犹大王那里，举国上下都吓得胆战心惊，好像林中被风吹动的树木。耶和华对以赛亚说：“你带着儿子施亚雅述出去，到上池水沟的尽头——通往漂布场的路上迎见亚哈斯，告诉他要谨慎镇定，不要害怕，不要因亚兰王利迅和利玛利的儿子的怒气而胆怯，他们不过是两个冒烟的火把头。亚兰王和以法莲及利玛利的儿子阴谋毁灭他，企图攻打并瓜分犹大，改立他比勒的儿子为王。但主耶和华说，“‘这阴谋必无法得逞。亚兰的都城是大马士革，大马士革的首领是利迅。六十五年之内，以色列必亡国。以色列的都城是撒玛利亚，撒玛利亚的首领是利玛利的儿子。你们信心若不坚定，必无法坚立。’”

我们的上帝耶和华啊，现在求你从亚述王手中拯救我们，让天下万国都知道唯有你是耶和华。”

当我在法老及其战车和骑兵身上得到荣耀时，埃及人就知道我是耶和华。”

被杀的人必横尸你们中间，你们就知道我是耶和华。

到了献晚祭的时候，以利亚先知走到坛前祷告：“亚伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的上帝耶和华啊，求你今天让这些人知道你是以色列的上帝，我是你的仆人，我是按你的命令做这一切事。耶和华啊，求你应允我，应允我，好让众人知道你耶和华是上帝，你要使他们回心转意。”

耶和华因为与亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的约，就恩待以色列人，怜悯、眷顾他们，至今仍不愿灭绝他们，没有把他们从自己面前赶走。

亚兰王与以色列人交战，他和臣仆商议要在某处安营。上帝的仆人派人去禀告以色列王说：“你要小心，不要经过那个地方，因为亚兰人埋伏在那里。”以色列王派人到上帝的仆人所说的地方，警告那里的人要小心防备。这样的事情发生了好几次。亚兰王因此十分恼怒，召来臣仆质问他们：“你们当中谁向以色列王泄露了我们的计划？”一位臣仆说：“我主我王啊，没有人泄露。是以色列的先知以利沙将王在寝宫所谈的事告诉了以色列王。”

以利沙说：“你们要听耶和华的话，耶和华说，‘明天这个时候，在撒玛利亚城门口，三公斤细面粉只卖十一克银子，六公斤大麦也卖十一克银子。’”

让他们知道你是耶和华，唯有你是普天下的至高者。
