But three years later, two of Shimei’s slaves ran off to Achish son of Maakah, king of Gath, and Shimei was told,“ Your slaves are in Gath.”

Three years after Solomon had talked with Shimei, two of Shimei’s slaves ran off. They went to Achish, the king of Gath. He was the son of Maakah. Shimei was told,“ Your slaves are in Gath.”

But it happened at the end of three years that two of Shimei’s servants ran away to Achish, son of Maacah, king of Gath. And when it was told Shimei,“ Behold, your servants are in Gath,”

But three years later two of Shimei’s slaves ran away to King Achish son of Maacah of Gath. When Shimei learned where they were,

But then, at the end of three years, two of Shimei’s slaves ran away to Achish son of Maacah, king of Gath. Shimei was informed,“ Look, your slaves are in Gath.”

But it came about at the end of three years, that two of Shimei’s servants ran away to Achish son of Maacah, king of Gath. And others told Shimei, saying,“ Behold, your servants are in Gath.”

Now it happened at the end of three years, that two slaves of Shimei ran away to Achish the son of Maachah, king of Gath. And they told Shimei, saying,“ Look, your slaves are in Gath!”

And it came to pass at the end of three years, that two of the servants of Shimei ran away unto Achish, son of Maacah, king of Gath. And they told Shimei, saying, Behold, thy servants are in Gath.

But then, at the end of three years, two of Shimei’s slaves ran away to Achish son of Maacah, king of Gath. Shimei was informed,“ Look, your slaves are in Gath.”

And it came to pass at the end of three years, that two of the servants of Shimei ran away unto Achish son of Maachah king of Gath. And they told Shimei, saying, Behold, thy servants[ be] in Gath.

Three years later two of Shimei’s servants ran away to King Achish son of Maacah of Gath. Shimei was told,“ Look, your servants are in Gath.”

At the end of three years, two of Shimei’s slaves ran away to Achish, son of Maacah, king of Gath. They told Shimei, saying,“ Behold, your slaves are in Gath.”

於是大衛起來，和跟隨他的六百人都越過邊界，到迦特王瑪俄的兒子亞吉那裡去。大衛和跟隨他的人，以及他們各人的家眷，都與亞吉一同住在迦特。大衛的兩個妻子，就是耶斯列人亞希暖和作過拿八妻子的迦密人亞比該也都住在那裡。

那一天大衛起來，從掃羅面前逃走，到了迦特王亞吉那裡。
