我要为自己立一个忠心的祭司，他行事必照我的心、如我的意。我要为他建立坚固的家，他必天天行走在我受膏者的面前。

“亚伦祭司的孙子，以利亚撒的儿子非尼哈，使我的愤怒转离以色列人，因为在他们中间，他以我的妒忌为他的妒忌，使我不在妒忌中毁灭以色列人。因此，你要说：‘看哪，我将我平安的约赐给他。这是他和他的后裔永远当祭司职任的约，因他为了上帝而妒忌，他为以色列人赎罪。’”
