May the guilt of their blood rest on the head of Joab and his descendants forever. But on David and his descendants, his house and his throne, may there be the Lord’s peace forever.”

耶和華必使約押流人血的罪歸到他自己的頭上；因為他用刀殺了兩個比他又義又好的人，就是以色列元帥尼珥的兒子押尼珥和猶大元帥益帖的兒子亞瑪撒，我父親大衛卻不知道。

除去王面前的惡人，國位就靠公義堅立。

願你派一個惡人轄制他，派一個對頭站在他右邊！他受審判的時候，願他出來擔當罪名！願他的祈禱反成為罪！願他的年日短少！願別人得他的職分！願他的兒女為孤兒，他的妻子為寡婦！願他的兒女漂流討飯，從他們荒涼之處出來求食！願強暴的債主牢籠他一切所有的！願外人搶他勞碌得來的！願無人向他延綿施恩！願無人可憐他的孤兒！願他的後人斷絕，名字被塗抹，不傳於下代！願他祖宗的罪孽被耶和華記念！願他母親的罪過不被塗抹！願這些罪常在耶和華面前，使他的名號斷絕於世！

大衛聽見了，就說：「流尼珥的兒子押尼珥的血，這罪在耶和華面前必永不歸我和我的國。願流他血的罪歸到約押頭上和他父的全家；又願約押家不斷有患漏症的，長大痲瘋的，架柺而行的，被刀殺死的，缺乏飲食的。」

因此，乃縵的大痲瘋必沾染你和你的後裔，直到永遠。」基哈西從以利沙面前退出去，就長了大痲瘋，像雪那樣白。

從耶西的本必發一條；從他根生的枝子必結果實。耶和華的靈必住在他身上，就是使他有智慧和聰明的靈，謀略和能力的靈，知識和敬畏耶和華的靈。他必以敬畏耶和華為樂；行審判不憑眼見，斷是非也不憑耳聞；卻要以公義審判貧窮人，以正直判斷世上的謙卑人，以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。公義必當他的腰帶；信實必當他脅下的帶子。豺狼必與綿羊羔同居，豹子與山羊羔同臥；少壯獅子與牛犢並肥畜同羣；小孩子要牽引牠們。牛必與熊同食；牛犢必與小熊同臥；獅子必吃草，與牛一樣。吃奶的孩子必玩耍在虺蛇的洞口；斷奶的嬰兒必按手在毒蛇的穴上。在我聖山的遍處，這一切都不傷人，不害物；因為認識耶和華的知識要充滿遍地，好像水充滿洋海一般。

我每日早晨要滅絕國中所有的惡人，好把一切作孽的從耶和華的城裏剪除。
