and observe what the Lord your God requires: Walk in obedience to him, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Law of Moses. Do this so that you may prosper in all you do and wherever you go

Do everything the Lord your God requires. Live the way he wants you to. Obey his orders and commands. Keep his laws and rules. Do everything written in the Law of Moses. Then you will have success in everything you do. You will succeed everywhere you go.

and keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his rules, and his testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn,

Observe the requirements of the Lord your God, and follow all his ways. Keep the decrees, commands, regulations, and laws written in the Law of Moses so that you will be successful in all you do and wherever you go.

但愿耶和华赐你聪明智慧，好按着他吩咐你的去治理以色列，遵行耶和华—你上帝的律法。那时候，你若谨守遵行耶和华藉摩西吩咐以色列的律例典章，就得亨通。你当刚强壮胆，不要惧怕，也不要惊惶。

我儿啊，不要忘记我的教诲，你的心要谨守我的命令，因为它们必加给你长久的日子，生命的年数与平安。不可使慈爱和诚信离开你，要系在你颈项上，刻在你心版上。这样，你必在上帝和世人眼前蒙恩惠，有美好的见识。

我以你的法度为永远的产业，因这是我心中所喜爱的。

希西家在全犹大都这样办理，在耶和华—他上帝面前行良善、正直、忠诚的事。凡他所行的，无论是开始办上帝殿的事，是遵律法守诫命，是寻求他的上帝，他都尽心去做，无不亨通。

“你们当记念我仆人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山为以色列众人所吩咐他的律例典章。

耶和华的律法全备，使人苏醒；耶和华的法度确定，使愚蒙人有智慧。

你的命令常存在我心里，使我比仇敌有智慧。我比我的教师更通达，因我思想你的法度。我比年老的更明白，因我谨守你的训词。

你所颁布的法度是公义的，极其可靠。

又求你赐我儿子所罗门全心遵守你的命令、法度、律例，成就这一切的事，用我所预备的建造殿宇。”

大卫所做的每一件事都精明，耶和华也与他同在。

每逢非利士的军官出来打仗，大卫做事比扫罗任何臣仆更精明，因此他的名极受尊重。

大卫在以东设立军营；他在全以东设立军营，以东人就都臣服他。大卫无论往哪里去，耶和华都使他得胜。

耶和华与他同在，他无论往何处去尽都亨通。他背叛亚述王，不服事他。

哪一大国有这样公义的律例典章，像我今日在你们面前所颁布的这一切律法呢？

“现在，以色列啊，听我所教导你们的律例典章，要遵行，好使你们存活，得以进入耶和华—你们列祖之上帝所赐给你们的地，承受为业。

“这是耶和华—你们的上帝所吩咐要教导你们的诫命、律例、典章，叫你们在所要过去得为业的地上遵行，好叫你和你的子孙在一生的日子都敬畏耶和华—你的上帝，谨守他的一切律例、诫命，就是我所吩咐你的，使你的日子得以长久。

摩西召集以色列众人，对他们说：“以色列啊，要听我今日在你们耳中所吩咐的律例典章，要学习，谨守遵行。

只是务要谨守遵行耶和华的仆人摩西所吩咐你们的诫命和律法，爱耶和华—你们的上帝，行他一切的道，守他的诫命，紧紧跟随他，尽心尽性事奉他。”

只要刚强，大大壮胆，谨守遵行我仆人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，不可偏离左右，使你无论往哪里去，都可以顺利。这律法书不可离开你的口，总要昼夜思想，好使你谨守遵行这书上所写的一切话。如此，你的道路就可以亨通，凡事顺利。

扫罗无论差遣大卫往何处去，他都做事精明。扫罗立他作军队的指挥官，众百姓和扫罗的臣仆都看为美。

这些法度、律例、典章是摩西在以色列人出埃及后对他们说的，

看，我照着耶和华—我的上帝所吩咐我的，将律例和典章教导你们，使你们在所要进去得为业的地上遵行。

现今在以色列众人眼前，在耶和华的会中，在我们上帝的垂听下，你们务要遵行并寻求耶和华—你们上帝的一切诫命，如此你们就可以承受这美地，并留给你们的子孙，永远为业。“我儿所罗门哪，你当认识耶和华—你父的上帝，全心乐意地事奉他，因为耶和华鉴察众人的心，知道一切心思意念。你若寻求他，他必使你寻见；你若离弃他，他必永远丢弃你。

于是大卫在大马士革的亚兰设立军营，亚兰人就臣服大卫，向他进贡。大卫无论往哪里去，耶和华都使他得胜。
