and observe what the Lord your God requires: Walk in obedience to him, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Law of Moses. Do this so that you may prosper in all you do and wherever you go

Do everything the Lord your God requires. Live the way he wants you to. Obey his orders and commands. Keep his laws and rules. Do everything written in the Law of Moses. Then you will have success in everything you do. You will succeed everywhere you go.

and keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his rules, and his testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn,

Observe the requirements of the Lord your God, and follow all his ways. Keep the decrees, commands, regulations, and laws written in the Law of Moses so that you will be successful in all you do and wherever you go.

Do your duty to the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His ordinances, and His testimonies, according to what is written in the Law of Moses, so that you may succeed in all that you do and wherever you turn,

and keep the instruction of Yahweh your God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, his commandments, his ordinances, and his testimonies, according to that which is written in the law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do, and wherever you turn yourself.

When he is seated on his royal throne, he is to write a copy of this instruction for himself on a scroll in the presence of the Levitical priests.It is to remain with him, and he is to read from it all the days of his life, so that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to observe all the words of this instruction, and to do these statutes.Then his heart will not be exalted above his countrymen, he will not turn from this command to the right or the left, and he and his sons will continue reigning many years in Israel.

Therefore, observe the words of this covenant and follow them, so that you will succeed in everything you do.

Happy are those who keep his decrees and seek him with all their heart.

Above all, may the LORD give you insight and understanding when he puts you in charge of Israel so that you may keep the law of the LORD your God.Then you will succeed if you carefully follow the statutes and ordinances the LORD commanded Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or discouraged.

My son, don’t forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commands;for they will bring you many days, a full life, and well-being.Never let loyalty and faithfulness leave you. Tie them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart.Then you will find favor and high regard with God and people.

I have your decrees as a heritage forever; indeed, they are the joy of my heart.

Hezekiah did this throughout all Judah. He did what was good and upright and true before the LORD his God.He was diligent in every deed that he began in the service of God’s temple, in the instruction and the commands, in order to seek his God, and he prospered.

“ Remember the instruction of Moses my servant, the statutes and ordinances I commanded him at Horeb for all Israel.

Instead, his delight is in the LORD’s instruction, and he meditates on it day and night.He is like a tree planted beside flowing streams that bears its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.

The instruction of the LORD is perfect, renewing one’s life; the testimony of the LORD is trustworthy, making the inexperienced wise.

Your command makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is always with me.I have more insight than all my teachers because your decrees are my meditation.I understand more than the elders because I obey your precepts.

The decrees you issue are righteous and altogether trustworthy.

Give my son Solomon an undivided heart to keep and to carry out all your commands, your decrees, and your statutes, and to build the building for which I have made provision.

and continued to be successful in all his activities because the LORD was with him.

Every time the Philistine commanders came out to fight, David was more successful than all of Saul’s officers. So his name became well known.

He placed garrisons throughout Edom, and all the Edomites were subject to David. The LORD made David victorious wherever he went.

The LORD was with him, and wherever he went he prospered. He rebelled against the king of Assyria and did not serve him.

And what great nation has righteous statutes and ordinances like this entire law I set before you today?

“ Now, Israel, listen to the statutes and ordinances I am teaching you to follow, so that you may live, enter, and take possession of the land the LORD, the God of your ancestors, is giving you.

“ This is the command— the statutes and ordinances— the LORD your God has commanded me to teach you, so that you may follow them in the land you are about to enter and possess.Do this so that you may fear the LORD your God all the days of your life by keeping all his statutes and commands I am giving you, your son, and your grandson, and so that you may have a long life.

Moses summoned all Israel and said to them,“ Israel, listen to the statutes and ordinances I am proclaiming as you hear them today. Learn and follow them carefully.

Only carefully obey the command and instruction that Moses the LORD’s servant gave you: to love the LORD your God, walk in all his ways, keep his commands, be loyal to him, and serve him with all your heart and all your soul.”

Above all, be strong and very courageous to observe carefully the whole instruction my servant Moses commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right or the left, so that you will have success wherever you go.This book of instruction must not depart from your mouth; you are to meditate on it day and night so that you may carefully observe everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in whatever you do.

David marched out with the army and was successful in everything Saul sent him to do. Saul put him in command of the fighting men, which pleased all the people and Saul’s servants as well.

These are the decrees, statutes, and ordinances Moses proclaimed to them after they came out of Egypt,

Look, I have taught you statutes and ordinances as the LORD my God has commanded me, so that you may follow them in the land you are entering to possess.

“ So now in the sight of all Israel, the assembly of the LORD, and in the hearing of our God, observe and follow all the commands of the LORD your God so that you may possess this good land and leave it as an inheritance to your descendants forever.“ As for you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve him wholeheartedly and with a willing mind, for the LORD searches every heart and understands the intention of every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you abandon him, he will reject you forever.

Then he placed garrisons in Aram of Damascus, and the Arameans became David’s subjects and brought tribute. The LORD made David victorious wherever he went.
