我今將行舉世必行之路、當強乃志、為大丈夫、

我將逝世、無異凡民、強乃志、為豪傑、

我今將行世人所必行之路、爾當奮勉奮勉或作強爾心為豪傑、

“ I am about to go the way of all the earth,” he said.“ So be strong, act like a man,

He said,“ I’m about to die, just as everyone else on earth does. So be strong. Show how brave you are.

“ I am about to go the way of all the earth. Be strong, and show yourself a man,

“ I am going where everyone on earth must someday go. Take courage and be a man.

“ Be strong and courageous; for you shall cause this people to inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.Only be strong and very courageous. Be careful to observe to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded you. Don’t turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.

“ Behold, today I am going the way of all the earth. You know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which Yahweh your God spoke concerning you. All have happened to you. Not one thing has failed of it.

Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

He commissioned Joshua the son of Nun, and said,“ Be strong and courageous; for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land which I swore to them. I will be with you.”

Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong!

This is the end of the matter. All has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.

Inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment,

You therefore, my child, be strengthened in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

Let no man despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity.

For I know that you will bring me to death, To the house appointed for all living.

Now, Yahweh my God, you have made your servant king instead of David my father. I am just a little child. I don’t know how to go out or come in.

Be courageous, and let’s be strong for our people, and for the cities of our God; and may Yahweh do what seems good to him.”

David said to Solomon his son,“ Be strong and courageous, and do it. Don’t be afraid, nor be dismayed; for Yahweh God, even my God, is with you. He will not fail you, nor forsake you, until all the work for the service of Yahweh’s house is finished.

It shall be with him, and he shall read from it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear Yahweh his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them;that his heart not be lifted up above his brothers, and that he not turn away from the commandment to the right hand, or to the left, to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children, in the middle of Israel.

What man is he who shall live and not see death, who shall deliver his soul from the power of Sheol? Selah.

Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.”Moses called to Joshua, and said to him in the sight of all Israel,“ Be strong and courageous, for you shall go with this people into the land which Yahweh has sworn to their fathers to give them; and you shall cause them to inherit it.

For when a few years have come, I will go the way of no return.
