And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before Jehovah. And, behold, Jehovah passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before Jehovah; but Jehovah was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but Jehovah was not in the earthquake:

耶和华说：“你出来站在山上，在我面前。”那时耶和华从那里经过，在他面前有烈风大作，崩山碎石，耶和华却不在风中；风后地震，耶和华却不在其中；

耶和华说：“你出来站在山上，在耶和华面前。”看哪，耶和华从那里经过。在耶和华面前有烈风大作，山崩石裂，耶和华却不在风中；风后有地震，耶和华也不在其中；

耶和华说：“你出来站在山上，在我耶和华面前。”那时，耶和华从那里经过。在耶和华面前有强烈的大风，山崩石碎，但耶和华不在风中；风过以后有地震，但耶和华也不在地震中；

曰、爾其出穴、立於山崗、在耶和華前、時、耶和華過焉、其前有風、大而且猛、裂山碎石、惟耶和華不在風中、風後地震、耶和華不在其中、

曰、當出立於山岡、在於我前、斯時耶和華過焉。在其前有風、勢大而猛、裂山破石。耶和華不御風而至。風後地震、地震之際、耶和華亦不降臨。

主曰、爾出、立於山在我前、斯時主過焉、在主前烈風大作、裂山碎石、但主不在其中、風後地震、但主亦不在其中、

The Lord said,“ Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord, for the Lord is about to pass by.” Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.

The Lord said,“ Go out. Stand on the mountain in front of me. I am going to pass by.” As the Lord approached, a very powerful wind tore the mountains apart. It broke up the rocks. But the Lord wasn’t in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake. But the Lord wasn’t in the earthquake.

And he said,“ Go out and stand on the mount before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. And after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.

“ Go out and stand before me on the mountain,” the Lord told him. And as Elijah stood there, the Lord passed by, and a mighty windstorm hit the mountain. It was such a terrible blast that the rocks were torn loose, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.

Then he said,“ Go out and stand on the mountain in the LORD’s presence.” At that moment, the LORD passed by. A great and mighty wind was tearing at the mountains and was shattering cliffs before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake.

So He said,“ Go out and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord was passing by! And a great and powerful wind was tearing out the mountains and breaking the rocks in pieces before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind. And after the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.

Then He said,“ Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake;

Then He said,“ Go out and stand on the mountain in the Lord’s presence.” At that moment, the Lord passed by. A great and mighty wind was tearing at the mountains and was shattering cliffs before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.

The LORD said,“ Go out and stand on the mountain before the LORD. Look, the LORD is ready to pass by.” A very powerful wind went before the LORD, digging into the mountain and causing landslides, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the windstorm there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake.

He said,“ Go out, and stand on the mountain before Yahweh.” Behold, Yahweh passed by, and a great and strong wind tore the mountains, and broke in pieces the rocks before Yahweh; but Yahweh was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake; but Yahweh was not in the earthquake.

And I looked, and, behold, a stormy wind came out of the north, a great cloud, with a fire infolding itself, and a brightness round about it, and out of the midst thereof as it were glowing metal, out of the midst of the fire.

So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and, behold, an earthquake; and the bones came together, bone to its bone.

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee the tables of stone, and the law and the commandment, which I have written, that thou mayest teach them.

For ye are not come unto a mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, and unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,and the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard entreated that no word more should be spoken unto them;for they could not endure that which was enjoined, If even a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned;and so fearful was the appearance, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:

And Jehovah came down upon mount Sinai, to the top of the mount: and Jehovah called Moses to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.

And be ready by the morning, and come up in the morning unto mount Sinai, and present thyself there to me on the top of the mount.

And Jehovah will cause his glorious voice to be heard, and will show the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and the flame of a devouring fire, with a blast, and tempest, and hailstones.

And Moses entered into the midst of the cloud, and went up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.

And ye shall flee by the valley of my mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azel; yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah; and Jehovah my God shall come, and all the holy ones with thee.

and Jehovah said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon the rock:and it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a cleft of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand until I have passed by:and I will take away my hand, and thou shalt see my back; but my face shall not be seen.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines and earthquakes in divers places.

And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into a high mountain apart:and he was transfigured before them; and his face did shine as the sun, and his garments became white as the light.And behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elijah talking with him.

And there was a trembling in the camp, in the field, and among all the people; the garrison, and the spoilers, they also trembled; and the earth quaked: so there was an exceeding great trembling.

Jehovah is slow to anger, and great in power, and will by no means clear the guilty: Jehovah hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt; and the earth is upheaved at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken asunder by him.

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of Jehovah unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith Jehovah of hosts.

And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat upon it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

The earth trembled, The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God: Yon Sinai trembled at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more will I make to tremble not the earth only, but also the heaven.

And behold, the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake; and the rocks were rent;and the tombs were opened; and many bodies of the saints that had fallen asleep were raised;and coming forth out of the tombs after his resurrection they entered into the holy city and appeared unto many.Now the centurion, and they that were with him watching Jesus, when they saw the earthquake, and the things that were done, feared exceedingly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.

and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunders; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since there were men upon the earth, so great an earthquake, so mighty.

And Jehovah passed by before him, and proclaimed, Jehovah, Jehovah, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness and truth,

Then Jehovah answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

And all the people perceived the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the voice of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they trembled, and stood afar off.

And there was opened the temple of God that is in heaven; and there was seen in his temple the ark of his covenant; and there followed lightnings, and voices, and thunders, and an earthquake, and great hail.

For he received from God the Father honor and glory, when there was borne such a voice to him by the Majestic Glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased:and this voice we ourselves heard borne out of heaven, when we were with him in the holy mount.

Our God cometh, and doth not keep silence: A fire devoureth before him, And it is very tempestuous round about him.

God came from Teman, And the Holy One from mount Paran.[ Selah. His glory covered the heavens, And the earth was full of his praise.And his brightness was as the light; He had rays coming forth from his hand; And there was the hiding of his power.Before him went the pestilence, And fiery bolts went forth at his feet.

And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled away the stone, and sat upon it.

And it came to pass on the third day, when it was morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of a trumpet exceeding loud; and all the people that were in the camp trembled.
