Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now by this I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is the truth.”

婦人對以利亞說：“現在我知道你是神人，耶和華藉著你的口所說的話是真實的。”

婦人對以利亞說：『現在我才知道你真是個神人，而永恆主的話又真地由你口中說出。』

婦曰、我今知爾乃上帝僕、耶和華藉爾口所言者、真實無妄、

婦曰、今我知爾乃上帝之僕、爾所傳耶和華之命、真實無妄。

婦謂以利亞曰、今我知爾乃神人、主藉爾所言、真實無妄、

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord from your mouth is the truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God. I know that the message you have brought from the Lord is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman told Elijah,“ Now I know for sure that you are a man of God, and that the Lord truly speaks through you.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the LORD’s word from your mouth is true.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of Jehovah in thy mouth is truth.

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the Lord’s word from your mouth is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou[ art] a man of God,[ and] that the word of the LORD in thy mouth[ is] truth.

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a prophet and that the LORD really does speak through you.”

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that Yahweh’s word in your mouth is truth.”

This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him,“ Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”

Now we are sure that You know all things, and have no need that anyone should question You. By this we believe that You came forth from God.”

This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him.

If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father.

The Preacher sought to find acceptable words; and what was written was upright— words of truth.

And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, that you may believe. Nevertheless let us go to him.”

Then they said to the woman,“ Now we believe, not because of what you said, for we ourselves have heard Him and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.”Now after the two days He departed from there and went to Galilee.For Jesus Himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.So when He came to Galilee, the Galileans received Him, having seen all the things He did in Jerusalem at the feast; for they also had gone to the feast.So Jesus came again to Cana of Galilee where He had made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman whose son was sick at Capernaum.When he heard that Jesus had come out of Judea into Galilee, he went to Him and implored Him to come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death.Then Jesus said to him,“ Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will by no means believe.”

For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.

And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.”
