The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a prophet and that the LORD really does speak through you.”

婦人對以利亞說：『現在我才知道你真是個神人，而永恆主的話又真地由你口中說出。』

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord from your mouth is the truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God. I know that the message you have brought from the Lord is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman told Elijah,“ Now I know for sure that you are a man of God, and that the Lord truly speaks through you.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the LORD’s word from your mouth is true.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now by this I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is the truth.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of Jehovah in thy mouth is truth.

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the Lord’s word from your mouth is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou[ art] a man of God,[ and] that the word of the LORD in thy mouth[ is] truth.

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that Yahweh’s word in your mouth is truth.”

came to Jesus at night and said to him,“ Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs that you do unless God is with him.”

Now we know that you know everything and do not need anyone to ask you anything. Because of this we believe that you have come from God.”

Jesus did this as the first of his miraculous signs, in Cana of Galilee. In this way he revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.

If I had not performed among them the miraculous deeds that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen the deeds and have hated both me and my Father.

The Teacher sought to find delightful words, and to write accurately truthful sayings.

and I am glad for your sake that I was not there, so that you may believe. But let us go to him.”

They said to the woman,“ No longer do we believe because of your words, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this one really is the Savior of the world.”After the two days he departed from there to Galilee.( For Jesus himself had testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.)So when he came to Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him because they had seen all the things he had done in Jerusalem at the feast( for they themselves had gone to the feast).Now he came again to Cana in Galilee where he had made the water wine. In Capernaum there was a certain royal official whose son was sick.When he heard that Jesus had come back from Judea to Galilee, he went to him and begged him to come down and heal his son, who was about to die.So Jesus said to him,“ Unless you people see signs and wonders you will never believe!”

And so we too constantly thank God that when you received God’s message that you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human message, but as it truly is, God’s message, which is at work among you who believe.

I knew that you always listen to me, but I said this for the sake of the crowd standing around here, that they may believe that you sent me.”
