Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the LORD’s word from your mouth is true.”

婦人對以利亞說：『現在我才知道你真是個神人，而永恆主的話又真地由你口中說出。』

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord from your mouth is the truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God. I know that the message you have brought from the Lord is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman told Elijah,“ Now I know for sure that you are a man of God, and that the Lord truly speaks through you.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now by this I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is the truth.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of Jehovah in thy mouth is truth.

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the Lord’s word from your mouth is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou[ art] a man of God,[ and] that the word of the LORD in thy mouth[ is] truth.

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a prophet and that the LORD really does speak through you.”

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that Yahweh’s word in your mouth is truth.”

This man came to him at night and said,“ Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God, for no one could perform these signs you do unless God were with him.”

Now we know that you know everything and don’t need anyone to question you. By this we believe that you came from God.”

Jesus did this, the first of his signs, in Cana of Galilee. He revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.

If I had not done the works among them that no one else has done, they would not be guilty of sin. Now they have seen and hated both me and my Father.

The Teacher sought to find delightful sayings and write words of truth accurately.

I’m glad for you that I wasn’t there so that you may believe. But let’s go to him.”

And they told the woman,“ We no longer believe because of what you said, since we have heard for ourselves and know that this really is the Savior of the world.”After two days he left there for Galilee.( Jesus himself had testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country.)When they entered Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him because they had seen everything he did in Jerusalem during the festival. For they also had gone to the festival.He went again to Cana of Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine. There was a certain royal official whose son was ill at Capernaum.When this man heard that Jesus had come from Judea into Galilee, he went to him and pleaded with him to come down and heal his son, since he was about to die.Jesus told him,“ Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will not believe.”

This is why we constantly thank God, because when you received the word of God that you heard from us, you welcomed it not as a human message, but as it truly is, the word of God, which also works effectively in you who believe.

I know that you always hear me, but because of the crowd standing here I said this, so that they may believe you sent me.”
