And the woman said to Elijah, Now I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of Jehovah in thy mouth is truth.

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God and that the word of the Lord from your mouth is the truth.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God. I know that the message you have brought from the Lord is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.”

Then the woman told Elijah,“ Now I know for sure that you are a man of God, and that the Lord truly speaks through you.”

Then the woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know you are a man of God and the LORD’s word from your mouth is true.”

And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou[ art] a man of God,[ and] that the word of the LORD in thy mouth[ is] truth.

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a prophet and that the LORD really does speak through you.”

The woman said to Elijah,“ Now I know that you are a man of God, and that Yahweh’s word in your mouth is truth.”

the same came unto him by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that thou doest, except God be with him.

Now know we that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.

This beginning of his signs did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

If I had not done among them the works which none other did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

The Preacher sought to find out acceptable words, and that which was written uprightly, even words of truth.

And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.

and they said to the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy speaking: for we have heard for ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Saviour of the world.And after the two days he went forth from thence into Galilee.For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honor in his own country.So when he came into Galilee, the Galilæans received him, having seen all the things that he did in Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast.He came therefore again unto Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum.When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judæa into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.Jesus therefore said unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will in no wise believe.

And for this cause we also thank God without ceasing, that, when ye received from us the word of the message, even the word of God, ye accepted it not as the word of men, but, as it is in truth, the word of God, which also worketh in you that believe.

And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the multitude that standeth around I said it, that they may believe that thou didst send me.
