For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says:‘ The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’”

因为耶和华以色列的神如此说：坛内的面必不减少，瓶里的油必不缺短，直到耶和华使雨降在地上的日子。”

因為永恆主以色列的上帝這麼說：「罈內的麵粉決不至於用完，罐裏的油決不至於短缺，直到永恆主降雨在地面上那日子。」』

蓋以色列之上帝耶和華曰、罌內之麵不減、瓶中之油不罄、迨耶和華降雨於地、

以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、器內之粉不減、瓶內之油不罄、迨及我降雨於斯土則止。

主以色列之天主如是云、器內之麵必不減、瓶內之油必不罄、直至我降雨於地之日、

The Lord is the God of Israel. He says,‘ The jar of flour will not be used up. The jug will always have oil in it. You will have flour and oil until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’ ”

For thus says the Lord, the God of Israel,‘ The jar of flour shall not be spent, and the jug of oil shall not be empty, until the day that the Lord sends rain upon the earth.’”

For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: There will always be flour and olive oil left in your containers until the time when the Lord sends rain and the crops grow again!”

for this is what the LORD God of Israel says,‘ The flour jar will not become empty and the oil jug will not run dry until the day the LORD sends rain on the surface of the land.’”

For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel says:‘ The bowl of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil become empty, until the day that the Lord provides rain on the face of the earth.’ ”

For thus says the Lord God of Israel:‘ The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the Lord sends rain on the earth.’”

For thus saith Jehovah, the God of Israel, The jar of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that Jehovah sendeth rain upon the earth.

for this is what the Lord God of Israel says,‘ The flour jar will not become empty and the oil jug will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the surface of the land.”

For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day[ that] the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth.

For this is what the LORD God of Israel says,‘ The jar of flour will not be empty and the jug of oil will not run out until the day the LORD makes it rain on the surface of the ground.’”

For Yahweh, the God of Israel says,‘ The jar of meal will not run out, and the jar of oil will not fail, until the day that Yahweh sends rain on the earth.’”

Elisha replied to her,“ How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house?”“ Your servant has nothing there at all,” she said,“ except a small jar of olive oil.”Elisha said,“ Go around and ask all your neighbors for empty jars. Don’t ask for just a few.Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side.”She left him and shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring.When all the jars were full, she said to her son,“ Bring me another one.” But he replied,“ There is not a jar left.” Then the oil stopped flowing.She went and told the man of God, and he said,“ Go, sell the oil and pay your debts. You and your sons can live on what is left.”

and he said,“ This is what the Lord says: I will fill this valley with pools of water.

Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, and when he had given thanks, he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and they in turn to the people.They all ate and were satisfied. Afterward the disciples picked up seven basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.The number of those who ate was four thousand men, besides women and children.

A man came from Baal Shalishah, bringing the man of God twenty loaves of barley bread baked from the first ripe grain, along with some heads of new grain.“ Give it to the people to eat,” Elisha said.“ How can I set this before a hundred men?” his servant asked. But Elisha answered,“ Give it to the people to eat. For this is what the Lord says:‘ They will eat and have some left over.’”Then he set it before them, and they ate and had some left over, according to the word of the Lord.

You will drink from the brook, and I have directed the ravens to supply you with food there.”

Jehu got up and went into the house. Then the prophet poured the oil on Jehu’s head and declared,“ This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says:‘ I anoint you king over the Lord’s people Israel.

“ We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish,” they answered.“ Bring them here to me,” he said.And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

Elisha replied,“ Hear the word of the Lord. This is what the Lord says: About this time tomorrow, a seah of the finest flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.”
