我把国从大卫家夺走赐给你，你却没有像我仆人大卫那样遵守我的诫命，全心听从我，做我视为正的事，

我把国从大卫家夺过来，赏赐给你；你却不像我仆人大卫那样谨守我的诫命，一心跟从我，行我看为正的事。

將國從大衛家奪回賜給你；你卻不效法我僕人大衛，遵守我的誡命，一心順從我，行我眼中看為正的事。

瓜分大闢之國、以賜於爾、我僕大闢守我誡命、誠心從我、行善於我前、爾不則效、

I tore the kingdom away from the house of David and gave it to you, but you have not been like my servant David, who kept my commands and followed me with all his heart, doing only what was right in my eyes.

I tore the kingdom away from the royal house of David. I gave it to you. But you have not been like my servant David. He obeyed my commands. He followed me with all his heart. He did only what was right in my eyes.

因为大卫除了赫人乌利亚那件事，都行耶和华眼中看为正的事，一生没有违背耶和华一切所吩咐的。

耶和华与约沙法同在，因为他行他祖先大卫从前所行的道，不去寻求诸巴力，

你若遵行我的道，谨守我的律例、诫命，正如你父亲大卫所行的，我必使你长寿。”

亚哈斯登基的时候年二十岁，在耶路撒冷作王十六年。他不像他祖先大卫行耶和华眼中看为正的事，

他废了扫罗之后，就兴起大卫作他们的王，又为他作见证说：‘我寻得耶西的儿子大卫，他是合我心意的人，他要遵行我一切的旨意。’

大卫在世的时候，遵行了神的旨意就长眠了，归到他祖宗那里，已见朽坏；

因为他们离弃我，敬拜西顿人的女神亚斯她录、摩押的神明基抹和亚扪人的神明米勒公，没有像他父亲大卫一样遵从我的道，行我眼中看为正的事，守我的律例典章。但我不从他手里夺走整个国家，却使他在活着的日子作君王，是因我所拣选的仆人大卫遵守我的诫命律例。我必从他儿子手里将王国夺走，赐给你十个支派，只留一个支派给他的儿子，使我仆人大卫在我所选择立我名的耶路撒冷城那里，在我面前常有灯光。我选你，使你照你心里一切所愿的作王，成为以色列的王。你若听从我一切所吩咐你的，遵行我的道，行我眼中看为正的事，谨守我的律例诫命，像我仆人大卫所行的，我就与你同在，为你立坚固的家，像我为大卫所立的一样，将以色列赐给你。

亚希雅拿起穿在自己身上的新衣，把它撕成十二片，对耶罗波安说：“你可以拿十片。耶和华—以色列的神如此说：‘看哪，我必从所罗门手里撕裂这国，把十个支派赐给你。
