“ As for you, go back home. When you set foot in your city, the boy will die.

“ Now go back home. When you enter your city, your son will die.

Then Ahijah said to Jeroboam’s wife,“ Go on home, and when you enter the city, the child will die.

“ As for you, get up and go to your house. When your feet enter the city, the boy will die.

And they said to him,“ There came a man to meet us, and said to us,‘ Go back to the king who sent you, and say to him, Thus says the Lord, Is it because there is no God in Israel that you are sending to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron? Therefore you shall not come down from the bed to which you have gone up, but you shall surely die.’”

And he will give Israel up because of the sins of Jeroboam, which he sinned and made Israel to sin.”Then Jeroboam’s wife arose and departed and came to Tirzah. And as she came to the threshold of the house, the child died.

Take with you ten loaves, some cakes, and a jar of honey, and go to him. He will tell you what shall happen to the child.”

Jesus said to him,“ Go; your son will live.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went on his way.As he was going down, his servants met him and told him that his son was recovering.So he asked them the hour when he began to get better, and they said to him,“ Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”
