爾當旋歸、足履城時、爾子必死。

爾起、歸爾之家、爾足適入邑、爾子即死、

“ As for you, go back home. When you set foot in your city, the boy will die.

“ Now go back home. When you enter your city, your son will die.

Arise therefore, go to your house. When your feet enter the city, the child shall die.

Then Ahijah said to Jeroboam’s wife,“ Go on home, and when you enter the city, the child will die.

Now you, arise, go to your house. When your feet enter the city the child will die.

Then Elijah said to King Ahaziah,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron— is it because there is no God in Israel for you to inquire of his will?— you will not get up from your sickbed; you will certainly die.’”

They replied,“ A man came to meet us and said,‘ Go back to the king who sent you and declare to him,“ This is what the LORD says: Is it because there is no God in Israel that you’re sending these men to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron? Therefore, you will not get up from your sickbed; you will certainly die.”’”

He will give up Israel because of Jeroboam’s sins that he committed and caused Israel to commit.”Then Jeroboam’s wife got up and left and went to Tirzah. As she was crossing the threshold of the house, the boy died.

Take with you ten loaves of bread, some cakes, and a jar of honey, and go to him. He will tell you what will happen to the boy.”

“ Go,” Jesus told him,“ your son will live.” The man believed what Jesus said to him and departed.While he was still going down, his servants met him saying that his boy was alive.He asked them at what time he got better.“ Yesterday at one in the afternoon the fever left him,” they answered.
