I will give one tribe to his son so that David my servant may always have a lamp before me in Jerusalem, the city where I chose to put my Name.

I will give one of the tribes to David’s son. Then my servant David will always have a son on his throne in Jerusalem. The lamp of David’s kingdom will always burn brightly in my sight. Jerusalem is the city I chose for my Name.

在那里我要使大卫的角茁壮，为我的受膏者预备明灯。

耶和华却因自己与大卫所立的约，不肯灭绝大卫的家，要照他所应许的，永远赐灯光给大卫和他的子孙。

但洗鲁雅的儿子亚比筛帮助大卫攻击非利士人，杀死了他。当日，大卫的人向大卫起誓说：“你不可再与我们一同出战，免得以色列的灯熄灭了。”

你的家和你的国必在你面前永远坚立，你的王位也必坚定，直到永远。’”

现在，求你赐福给你仆人的家，可以永存在你面前。主耶和华啊，因为这是你所应许的。愿你的福分永远赐给你仆人的家，使之蒙福！”

“在那日，我必重建大卫倒塌的帐幕，修补其中的缺口；我必建立那遭破坏的，重新修造，如古时一般，使以色列人接管以东所剩余的和所有称为我名下的国。这是耶和华说的，他要行这事。

但是你们是来到锡安山，永生上帝的城，就是天上的耶路撒冷，那里有千千万万的天使，

我在圣灵感动下，天使带我到一座高大的山，给我看由上帝那里、从天而降的圣城耶路撒冷，

因我们上帝怜悯的心肠，叫清晨的日光从高天临到我们，要照亮坐在黑暗中死荫里的人，把我们的脚引到和平的路上。’”

这夏甲是指着阿拉伯的西奈山，与现在的耶路撒冷同类，因为耶路撒冷和她的儿女都是为奴的。但另一妇人就是在上的耶路撒冷，是自由的，她是我们的母亲。
