I will give one tribe to his son so that David my servant may always have a lamp before me in Jerusalem, the city where I chose to put my Name.

I will give one of the tribes to David’s son. Then my servant David will always have a son on his throne in Jerusalem. The lamp of David’s kingdom will always burn brightly in my sight. Jerusalem is the city I chose for my Name.

现在求你赐福与仆人的家，可以永存在你面前。主耶和华啊，这是你所应许的。愿你永远赐福与仆人的家！”

“到那日，我必建立大卫倒塌的帐幕，堵住其中的破口，把那破坏的建立起来，重新修造，像古时一样，使以色列人得以东所余剩的和所有称为我名下的国。”此乃行这事的耶和华说的。

“因为耶和华如此说：大卫必永不断人坐在以色列家的宝座上；祭司、利未人在我面前也不断人献燔祭、烧素祭，时常办理献祭的事。”耶和华的话临到耶利米说：“耶和华如此说：你们若能废弃我所立白日黑夜的约，使白日黑夜不按时轮转，就能废弃我与我仆人大卫所立的约，使他没有儿子在他的宝座上为王，并能废弃我与侍奉我的祭司、利未人所立的约。

我因仆人大卫和我在以色列众支派中所选择的耶路撒冷城的缘故，仍给所罗门留一个支派。）

你们乃是来到锡安山，永生神的城邑，就是天上的耶路撒冷。那里有千万的天使，

我被圣灵感动，天使就带我到一座高大的山，将那由神那里、从天而降的圣城耶路撒冷指示我。

因我们神怜悯的心肠，叫清晨的日光从高天临到我们，要照亮坐在黑暗中死荫里的人，把我们的脚引到平安的路上。”

这夏甲二字是指着阿拉伯的西奈山，与现在的耶路撒冷同类，因耶路撒冷和她的儿女都是为奴的。但那在上的耶路撒冷是自主的，她是我们的母。
