However, I will not do it during your lifetime because of your father David; I will tear it out of your son’s hand.

Nevertheless, for the sake of David your father, I will not do it during your lifetime. I will tear it out of the hand of your son.

But I will not do that while you are still living. Because of your father David I will wait. I will tear the kingdom out of your son’s hand.

Yet for the sake of David your father I will not do it in your days, but I will tear it out of the hand of your son.

But for the sake of your father, David, I will not do this while you are still alive. I will take the kingdom away from your son.

However, I will not do it during your lifetime for the sake of your father David; I will tear it out of your son’s hand.

However, I will not do it in your days, only for the sake of your father David; but I will tear it away from the hand of your son.

Nevertheless I will not do it in your days, for the sake of your father David; I will tear it out of the hand of your son.

Notwithstanding in thy days I will not do it, for David thy father’s sake: but I will rend it out of the hand of thy son.

Saul and his attendant went through the hill country of Ephraim and then through the region of Shalishah, but they didn’t find them. They went through the region of Shaalim— nothing. Then they went through the Benjaminite region but still didn’t find them.When they came to the land of Zuph, Saul said to the attendant who was with him,“ Come on, let’s go back, or my father will stop worrying about the donkeys and start worrying about us.”

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ The word of the Lord that you have spoken is good,” for he thought: Why not, if there will be peace and security during my lifetime?

“ Have you seen how Ahab has humbled himself before Me? I will not bring the disaster during his lifetime, because he has humbled himself before Me. I will bring the disaster on his house during his son’s lifetime.”

I will make you into a great nation, I will bless you, I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.
