Praise be to the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and placed you on the throne of Israel. Because of the Lord’s eternal love for Israel, he has made you king to maintain justice and righteousness.”

May the Lord your God be praised. He takes great delight in you. He placed you on the throne of Israel. The Lord will love Israel for all time to come. That’s why he has made you king. He knows that you will do what is fair and right.”

希蘭聽見所羅門的話，就很高興，說：「今日耶和華是應當稱頌的，因為他賜給大衛一個有智慧的兒子，治理這眾多的百姓。」

使他按公義審判你的子民，按公平審判你的困苦人。

大衛作全以色列的王，又向眾百姓秉公行義。

推羅王希蘭寫信回答所羅門說：「耶和華因為愛他的百姓，所以立你作他們的王。」

「看哪，日子將到，我要為大衛興起公義的苗裔；他必掌王權，行事有智慧，在地上施行公平和公義。這是耶和華說的。在他的日子，猶大必得救，以色列也安然居住。他的名必稱為『耶和華－我們的義』。

看哪，我的僕人，我所扶持、所揀選、心裏所喜悅的！我已將我的靈賜給他，他必將公理傳給萬

「他把自己交託給耶和華，讓耶和華救他吧！耶和華既喜愛他，可以搭救他吧！」

願他的名存到永遠，他的名如太陽之長久；願人因他蒙福，萬國稱他為有福。惟獨耶和華－以色列的上帝能行奇事，他是應當稱頌的！他榮耀的名也當稱頌，直到永遠。願他的榮耀充滿全地！阿們！阿們！

以色列的上帝說，以色列的磐石向我說：『那以公義治理人，以敬畏上帝來治理的，

你使你的百姓以色列作你的子民，直到永遠；你－耶和華也作他們的上帝。

作官的原不是要使行善的懼怕，而是要使作惡的懼怕。你願意不懼怕掌權的嗎？只要行善，你就可得他的稱讚；因為他是上帝的用人，是與你有益的。你若作惡，就該懼怕，因為他不是徒然佩劍；他是上帝的用人，為上帝的憤怒，報應作惡的。

看哪，必有一位君王憑公義執政，必有王子藉公平掌權。必有一人如避風港，如暴風雨的藏身處；如乾旱地的溪流，又如乾燥地巨石的陰影。

他領我到寬闊之處，他救拔我，因他喜愛我。

他的政權與平安必加增無窮。他必在大衛的寶座上治理他的國，以公平公義使國堅定穩固，從今直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成就這事。

因為耶和華愛你們，又因要遵守他向你們列祖所起的誓，耶和華就用大能的手領你們出來，救贖你脫離為奴之家，脫離埃及王法老的手。

你不再稱為「被撇棄的」，你的地也不再稱為「荒蕪的」；你要稱為「我所喜悅的」，你的地要稱為「有歸屬的」。因為耶和華喜悅你，你的地必歸屬於他。

卻要以公義審判貧寒人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人，以口中的棍擊打全地，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。公義必當他的腰帶，信實必作他脅下的帶子。

君王藉我治國，王子藉我定公平，王公貴族，所有公義的審判官，都藉我掌權。
