我听见有声音从天上来，好像众水的声音，好像大雷的声音；我所听见的声音，又像琴师弹奏的琴声。他们在宝座前，在四个活物和众长老面前唱新歌；除了从地上买来的那十四万四千人以外，没有人能学这歌。

有四千人作守门的，又有四千人用大卫所做（“大卫所做”原文作“我做”）的乐器赞美耶和华。

要吹角赞美他，要鼓瑟弹琴赞美他。要击鼓跳舞赞美他，要弹奏丝弦的乐器和吹箫赞美他。要用声音洪亮的钹赞美他，要用声音铿锵的钹赞美他。

称谢耶和华，歌颂你至高者的名；早晨传扬你的慈爱，夜间传讲你的信实；弹奏十弦的乐器和瑟，又用琴弹出美妙的声音，这是多么美的事（“这是多么美的事”原文是在第1节；第1至第3节是一个整体）。
