而且王的臣僕也來為我們的主大衛王祝福說：‘願你的神使所羅門的名聲比你的更尊榮，使他的王位比你的更偉大。’王就在床上屈身下拜。

王的臣仆也来向我们的主大卫王道喜说，‘愿王的上帝使所罗门比王更声名显赫，使他的国比王的国更强大。’王在床上俯伏敬拜，

並且王的臣僕也已經來向我們的主上大衛王祝頌，說：「願你的上帝使所羅門的名聲比你的名聲更好，使他的王位比你的王位更尊大。」王就在床上跪拜上帝。

王之臣僕至、祝我主大衛王曰、願爾上帝、使所羅門之名、較爾名尤尊、其國位、較爾國位尤大、王乃俯伏於牀、

王之臣僕、祝我主大闢王時、皆言願上帝以所羅門之名、較王名尤尊、其國較王國尤大。王聞是言、伏床而拜上帝。

王之臣僕亦來見我主大衛王、為之祝福曰、願王之天主使所羅門之名、較王之名更尊榮、使其國位更大、王遂在床敬拜天主、

Also, the royal officials have come to congratulate our lord King David, saying,‘ May your God make Solomon’s name more famous than yours and his throne greater than yours!’ And the king bowed in worship on his bed

The royal officials came to give their blessing to our master King David. They said,‘ May your God make Solomon’s name more famous than yours! May he make Solomon’s kingdom greater than yours!’ While King David was sitting on his bed, he bowed in worship.

Moreover, the king’s servants came to congratulate our lord King David, saying,‘ May your God make the name of Solomon more famous than yours, and make his throne greater than your throne.’ And the king bowed himself on the bed.

And all the royal officials have gone to King David and congratulated him, saying,‘ May your God make Solomon’s fame even greater than your own, and may Solomon’s reign be even greater than yours!’ Then the king bowed his head in worship as he lay in his bed,

“ The king’s servants have also gone to congratulate our lord King David, saying,‘ May your God make the name of Solomon more well known than your name, and may he make his throne greater than your throne.’ Then the king bowed in worship on his bed.

Moreover, the king’s servants came to bless our lord King David, saying,‘ May your God make the name of Solomon better than your name, and his throne greater than your throne!’ And the king bowed himself on the bed.

And moreover the king’s servants have gone to bless our Lord King David, saying,‘ May God make the name of Solomon better than your name, and may He make his throne greater than your throne.’ Then the king bowed himself on the bed.

And moreover the king’s servants came to bless our lord king David, saying, God make the name of Solomon better than thy name, and make his throne greater than thy throne. And the king bowed himself upon the bed.

The king’s servants have even come to congratulate our master King David, saying,‘ May your God make Solomon more famous than you and make him an even greater king than you!’ Then the king leaned on the bed

Moreover the king’s servants came to bless our lord king David, saying,‘ May your God make the name of Solomon better than your name, and make his throne greater than your throne;’ and the king bowed himself on the bed.

耶和華怎樣與我主我王同在，願他也照樣與所羅門同在，使他的王位，比我主大衛王的王位更偉大。”

雅各說：“你要向我起誓。”約瑟就向他起了誓，於是以色列靠著床頭﹙“靠著床頭”有古譯本作“倚著杖頭”〔參來11:21〕﹚敬拜神。

好讓他們可以獻馨香的祭給天上的神，為王和王的子孫祈求長壽。

大衛問基遍人：“我能為你們作甚麼？我該用甚麼來贖罪，使你們為耶和華的產業祝福呢？”

也照著你們所說的，連羊群牛群都帶著走吧，並且要為我祝福。”

因著信，雅各臨死的時候，分別為約瑟的兒子祝福，又倚著杖頭敬拜神。

說：“奉主名來的王，是應當稱頌的！在天上有和平，在至高之處有榮耀！”

願耶和華在你遭難的日子應允你，願雅各的神的名保護你。願他從聖所幫助你，從錫安扶持你。願他記念你的一切素祭，悅納你的燔祭。（細拉）願他照著你的心願賞賜你，實現你的一切計劃。

就差派他的兒子約蘭去見大衛王，向他問安，祝賀他，因為大衛和哈大底謝爭戰，竟擊敗了他。原來陀以常常與哈大底謝爭戰。約蘭手裡還帶著一些銀器、金器和銅器。
