Today he has gone down and sacrificed great numbers of cattle, fattened calves, and sheep. He has invited all the king’s sons, the commanders of the army and Abiathar the priest. Right now they are eating and drinking with him and saying,‘ Long live King Adonijah!’

Today he has gone down outside the city. He has sacrificed large numbers of cattle, fat calves and sheep. He has invited all the king’s sons. He has also invited the commanders of the army and Abiathar the priest. Even now they are eating and drinking with him. They are saying,‘ May King Adonijah live a long time!’

For he has gone down this day and has sacrificed oxen, fattened cattle, and sheep in abundance, and has invited all the king’s sons, the commanders of the army, and Abiathar the priest. And behold, they are eating and drinking before him, and saying,‘ Long live King Adonijah!’

撒母耳对众民说：“你们看见耶和华所拣选的人没有？在众人中没有一个可与他相比。”众人就大声欢呼：“愿王万岁！”

他宰杀了许多公牛、肥畜和羊，邀请了王所有的儿子、亚比亚他祭司和军队的元帅约押，却没有邀请王的仆人所罗门。

有一天，亚多尼雅在隐．罗结旁边，琐希列的磐石那里，宰杀牛羊和肥畜，邀请他所有的兄弟，就是王的众子和所有作王的臣仆的犹大人，来参加筵席。

说：“奉主名来的王，是应当称颂的！在天上有和平，在至高之处有荣耀！”

大卫的朋友亚基人户筛去见押沙龙，对他说：“愿王万岁！愿王万岁！”

我们的神啊，现在我们要称颂你，赞美你荣耀的名。

耶何耶大领王子出来，把王冠戴在他的头上，又把约书交给他。他们就拥立他为王，用膏膏他，并且拍掌，说：“愿王万岁！”

撒母耳对众民说：“来吧，我们往吉甲去，好在那里重新建立王国。”众民就都到吉甲去，在那里在耶和华面前立扫罗为王，又在那里在耶和华面前献平安祭。扫罗和以色列众民都在那里，非常欢喜。

前行后随的人都喊着说：“‘和散那’，奉主名来的是应当称颂的！那将要来临的，我们祖先大卫的国是应当称颂的！高天之上当唱‘和散那’！”

前呼后拥的群众喊叫着：“‘和散那’归于大卫的子孙，奉主名来的是应当称颂的，高天之上当唱‘和散那’。”

第二天，他们向耶和华献祭，他们向耶和华献上燔祭；那一天他们献了公牛一千头、公绵羊一千只、羊羔一千只，以及同献的奠祭，又为以色列众人献了许多祭。

于是他们把王子领出来，给他戴上王冠，又把约书交给他，立他为王；耶何耶大和他的众子用膏膏他，并且说：“愿王万岁！”

在那里撒督祭司和拿单先知要膏立他作以色列的王。你们要吹角，说：‘所罗门王万岁！’
