你進去見大衛王，對他說：‘我主我王，你不是曾經向婢女起誓，說：“你的兒子所羅門必接續我作王，他要坐在我的王位上”嗎？現在為甚麼亞多尼雅作了王呢？’

你进去见大卫王，对他说：‘我主我王啊，你不曾向婢女起誓说：你儿子所罗门必接续我作王，坐在我的位上吗？现在亚多尼雅怎么作了王呢？’

你去，进到大卫王那里，对他说：‘我主我王啊，你不是曾向使女起誓说：你儿子所罗门必接续我作王，他必坐在我的王位上吗？亚多尼雅怎么作了王呢？’

你去，进到大卫王那里，对他说：‘我主我王啊，你不是曾向使女起誓说：你儿子所罗门必接续我作王，他必坐在我的王位上吗？亚多尼雅怎么作了王呢？’

你去见大卫王，对他说，‘我主我王啊，你不是起誓说让臣妾的儿子所罗门继承王位吗？怎么现在亚多尼雅做了王呢？’

你进去见大卫王，对他说：‘我主我王，你不是曾经向婢女起誓，说：“你的儿子所罗门必接续我作王，他要坐在我的王位上”吗？现在为什么亚多尼雅作了王呢？’

你進去見大衛王，對他說：『我主我王啊，你不曾向婢女起誓說：你兒子所羅門必接續我作王，坐在我的位上嗎？現在亞多尼雅怎麼作了王呢？』

你去，進到大衛王那裏，對他說：『我主我王啊，你不是曾向使女起誓說：你兒子所羅門必接續我作王，他必坐在我的王位上嗎？亞多尼雅怎麼作了王呢？』

你去，進到大衛王那裏，對他說：『我主我王啊，你不是曾向使女起誓說：你兒子所羅門必接續我作王，他必坐在我的王位上嗎？亞多尼雅怎麼作了王呢？』

你去見大衛王，對他說，『我主我王啊，你不是起誓說讓臣妾的兒子所羅門繼承王位嗎？怎麼現在亞多尼雅做了王呢？』

你進去見大衛王，對他說：「我主我王啊，你不是曾經向使女起過誓說：『你兒子所羅門必接續我作王，坐我的位麼？』為甚麼亞多尼雅作了王呢？」

當入覲大衛王、告之曰、我主我王歟、昔非與婢誓曰、爾子所羅門、必繼我為王、而坐我位乎、今亞多尼雅為王、何也、

當往覲大闢王、告之曰、昔我主我王、與婢相誓、婢子所羅門必即位、繼爾為王、今亞多尼雅即位、曷故。

當往見大衛王、告之曰、我主我王曾誓於婢曰、爾子所羅門必繼我為王、必坐我之位、今緣何亞多尼雅竟為王耶、

Go in to King David and say to him,‘ My lord the king, did you not swear to me your servant:“ Surely Solomon your son shall be king after me, and he will sit on my throne”? Why then has Adonijah become king?’

Go in and see King David. Say to him,‘ You are my king and master. You promised me,“ You can be sure that your son Solomon will be king after me. He will sit on my throne.” If that’s really true, why has Adonijah become king?’

Go in at once to King David, and say to him,‘ Did you not, my lord the king, swear to your servant, saying,“ Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne”? Why then is Adonijah king?’

Go at once to King David and say to him,‘ My lord the king, didn’t you make a vow and say to me,“ Your son Solomon will surely be the next king and will sit on my throne”? Why then has Adonijah become king?’

Go, approach King David and say to him,‘ My lord the king, did you not swear to your servant: Your son Solomon is to become king after me, and he is the one who is to sit on my throne? So why has Adonijah become king?’

Go at once to King David and say to him,‘ Have you not, my lord the king, sworn to your servant, saying,“ Solomon your son certainly shall be king after me, and he shall sit on my throne”? Why then has Adonijah become king?’

Go immediately to King David and say to him,‘ Did you not, my Lord, O king, swear to your maidservant, saying,“ Assuredly your son Solomon shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne”? Why then has Adonijah become king?’

Go and get thee in unto king David, and say unto him, Didst not thou, my lord, O king, swear unto thy handmaid, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne? why then doth Adonijah reign?

Go, approach King David and say to him,‘ My lord the king, did you not swear to your servant: Your son Solomon is to become king after me, and he is the one who is to sit on my throne? So why has Adonijah become king?’

Go and get thee in unto king David, and say unto him, Didst not thou, my lord, O king, swear unto thine handmaid, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne? why then doth Adonijah reign?

Visit King David and say to him,‘ My master, O king, did you not solemnly promise your servant,“ Surely your son Solomon will be king after me; he will sit on my throne”? So why has Adonijah become king?’

Go in to king David, and tell him,‘ Didn’t you, my lord, king, swear to your servant, saying,“ Assuredly Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne?” Why then does Adonijah reign?’

我從前怎樣指著耶和華以色列的神向你起誓，說：‘你的兒子所羅門必接續我作王，要坐在我的王位上’，我今天也必照樣行。”

她回答說：“我主啊，你曾經指著耶和華你的神向婢女起誓，說：‘你的兒子所羅門必接續我作王，他要坐在我的王位上’，

他將要被尊為大，稱為至高者的兒子，主神要把他祖大衛的王位賜給他，他要作王統治雅各家，直到永遠，他的國沒有窮盡。”

“他登上了國位的時候，就要把利未支派的祭司面前的律法書，為自己抄錄一份副本。

王又這樣說：‘耶和華以色列的神是應當稱頌的，因為他今天賜了一人坐在我的王位上，也使我親眼看見這事。’”

然後你們要跟隨他上來；他要來坐在我的王位上；他要接續我作王。我已經立了他作以色列和猶大的統治者。”

於是所羅門坐在他父親的王位上，他的國非常穩固。

拿單對所羅門的母親拔示巴說：“哈及的兒子亞多尼雅作了王，而我們的主大衛還不知道，你難道沒有聽見嗎？

拿單說：“我主我王啊，你曾說過：‘亞多尼雅要接續我作王，坐在我的王位上’嗎？

就能廢掉我和我僕人大衛所立的約，使他沒有兒子在他的王位上作王；也能廢掉我和那些事奉我的利未支派的祭司所立的約。

大衛對所羅門說：“我兒啊，我心裡原想為耶和華我的神的名建造殿宇，只是耶和華的話臨到我說：‘你流了許多人的血，打了很多大仗；你不可為我的名建造殿宇，因為你在我面前流了許多人的血在地上。看哪，你必生一個兒子；他是個和平的人，我必使他得享太平，不被四圍所有的仇敵騷擾；他的名字要叫所羅門，他在位的日子，我必把太平和安寧賜給以色列人。他要為我的名建造殿宇；他要作我的兒子，我要作他的父親；我必堅立他的國位，永遠統治以色列。’我兒啊，現在願耶和華與你同在，使你亨通，照著他應許你，建造耶和華你的神的殿宇。深願耶和華賜你聰明和智慧，使你治理以色列的時候，謹守耶和華你的神的律法。如果你謹守遵行耶和華吩咐摩西向以色列人頒布的律例和典章，這樣你就必亨通。你要堅強勇敢，不要懼怕，也不要驚惶。看哪，我辛辛苦苦為耶和華的殿預備了金子三千四百公噸，銀子三萬四千公噸，銅和鐵多得無法可稱；我又預備了木材和石頭；你還可以增添。

他的政權與平安必無窮無盡地增加，他在大衛的寶座上治理他的國，以公平和公義使國堅立穩固，從現在直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成全這事。

於是所羅門坐在耶和華所賜的位上，接續他父親大衛作王；他凡事亨通，以色列眾人都聽從他。

耶和華實實在在向大衛起了誓，他必不會收回，他說：“我要從你的後裔中，立一位坐在你的王位上。如果你的子孫謹守我的約，和我教訓他們的法度，他們的子孫也必永遠坐在你的王位上。”
