只等真理的聖靈來了，他要引導你們明白一切的真理；因為他不是憑自己說的，乃是把他所聽見的都說出來，並要把將來的事告訴你們。

他們唱新歌，說：你配拿書卷，配揭開七印；因為你曾被殺，用自己的血從各族、各方、各民、各國中買了人來，叫他們歸於神，

我們藉這愛子的血得蒙救贖，過犯得以赦免，乃是照他豐富的恩典。

你們作丈夫的，要愛你們的妻子，正如基督愛教會，為教會捨己。要用水藉着道把教會洗淨，成為聖潔，可以獻給自己，作個榮耀的教會，毫無玷污、皺紋等類的病，乃是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。

我的肉真是可吃的，我的血真是可喝的。

耶穌回答說：「你若知道神的恩賜，和對你說『給我水喝』的是誰，你必早求他，他也必早給了你活水。」

我先前不認識他，如今我來用水施洗，為要叫他顯明給以色列人。」約翰又作見證說：「我曾看見聖靈，彷彿鴿子從天降下，住在他的身上。我先前不認識他，只是那差我來用水施洗的、對我說：『你看見聖靈降下來，住在誰的身上，誰就是用聖靈施洗的。』

飯後也照樣拿起杯來，說：「這杯是用我血所立的新約，是為你們流出來的。

至於第二層帳幕，惟有大祭司一年一次獨自進去，沒有不帶着血為自己和百姓的過錯獻上。

信我的人就如經上所說：『從他腹中要流出活水的江河來。』」耶穌這話是指着信他之人要受聖靈說的。那時還沒有賜下聖靈來，因為耶穌尚未得着榮耀。

就是照父神的先見被揀選，藉着聖靈得成聖潔，以致順服耶穌基督，又蒙他血所灑的人。願恩惠、平安多多地加給你們。

何況人踐踏神的兒子，將那使他成聖之約的血當作平常，又褻慢施恩的聖靈，你們想，他要受的刑罰該怎樣加重呢！

大哉，敬虔的奧祕，無人不以為然！就是神在肉身顯現，被聖靈稱義，被天使看見，被傳於外邦，被世人信服，被接在榮耀裏。

因聽見你們在基督耶穌裏的信心，並向眾聖徒的愛心，

不是我們愛神，乃是神愛我們，差他的兒子為我們的罪作了挽回祭，這就是愛了。
