等到真理之靈來了，祂會引導你們，讓你們明白一切的真理。祂不憑自己說話，而是把祂所聽見的和有關將來的事告訴你們。

祂是真理的靈，世人不接受祂，因為他們看不見祂，也不認識祂；但你們卻認識祂，因祂常與你們同在，並且要住在你們裡面。

因為生命在血中，耶和華把血賜給你們，使你們可以用血在祭壇上為自己贖罪。血可以為人的生命贖罪。

錫安啊，因為我用血跟你立了約，我必將你中間被擄的人從無水之坑釋放出來。

還有新約的中保耶穌和祂所流的血。這血比亞伯的血發出更美的信息。

這是我為萬人所流的立約之血，為了使罪得到赦免。

耶穌說：「這是我為萬人所流的立約之血。

藉著重生之洗和聖靈的更新拯救了我們，這並非因為我們有義行，而是因為祂的憐憫。

他們唱著一首新歌：「你配拿書卷並揭開封印，因你曾被殺，用你的血從各部落、各語言族群、各民族、各國家，將人買贖回來歸給上帝。

我們藉著祂愛子的血蒙救贖，過犯得到赦免，這都是出於祂的洪恩。

作丈夫的要愛妻子，正如基督愛教會，為教會捨己，好藉著自己的道用水洗淨教會，使她聖潔，以便把聖潔、完美、沒有污點、皺紋等瑕疵的榮耀教會呈獻給祂自己。

因為我的肉是真糧食，我的血是真飲品，

耶穌回答說：「要是你知道上帝的恩賜，又知道向你要水喝的是誰，你早就求祂了，祂也早就把活水給你了。」

我以前並不認識祂，現在我用水給人施洗，是要把祂顯明給以色列人。」約翰又做見證說：「我看見聖靈好像鴿子一樣從天降下，住在祂身上。我本來不認識祂，但那位差我來用水給人施洗的告訴我，『你看見聖靈降下，住在誰身上，誰就是用聖靈給人施洗的。』

飯後，祂又舉起杯來，說：「這杯是用我的血立的新約，這血是為你們流的。

可是，只有大祭司有資格每年一次獨自進入至聖所，而且每次都要端著血進去，為自己和以色列人的過犯獻上。

正如聖經所言，信我的人，『從他裡面要流出活水的江河來』。」耶穌這話是指信祂的人要得到聖靈，但當時聖靈還沒有降臨，因為耶穌還沒有得到榮耀。

你們蒙揀選是按照父上帝預先定好的旨意，藉著聖靈得以聖潔，好順服耶穌基督，並靠祂的血得到潔淨。願上帝賜給你們豐豐富富的恩典和平安！

更何況人踐踏上帝的兒子，輕看那使人聖潔的立約之血，又藐視賜人恩典的聖靈？這等人該受多麼重的刑罰啊！

毫無疑問，我們偉大的信仰奧妙無比：祂以肉身顯現，被聖靈證明為義，被天使看見，被傳揚到列邦，被世人信奉，被接到天上的榮耀中。

不是我們愛上帝，而是上帝愛我們，並且差遣祂兒子為我們的罪作了贖罪祭，這就是愛。
