吾亦知天主聖子實曾降臨、賜吾澈悟、而認識真主、且吾人已與真實無妄之聖子耶穌基督、結為一體；是真天主、是真永生。

又知上帝子已至、賜我頴悟、使知真者、我儕在真者中、即其子耶穌基督中也、此乃真上帝、亦永生也、

吾知上帝子臨格、賜我明澈、以識真者、我心與真者交、即上帝子耶穌基督、此真上帝、亦永生、

我知天主之子臨世、賜我智慧、使我識真者、我儕在真者內、即在天主之子耶穌基督內、此乃真天主、亦為永生、○

We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true by being in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

人能識父為唯一真宰、及父所遣之耶穌基督、則永生即在斯中。

遂啟其明悟、使領會經旨。

耶穌曰：『斐理伯、予與爾俱、不為不久爾竟尚未相識耶！夫睹予即睹父也、胡為猶曰：「示我以父」乎？

列祖其祖也、依血統而論、即基督亦彼之所出；然而基督者、固萬有共仰、萬世爭誦之造化主也。

爾其寓書於斐拉代非教會之守護天神曰：彼至聖至真掌握大維之管籥所啟無人能閉、所閉無人能啟者、有所曉諭於爾：

至天主對吾人所抱之愛德、則尤吾人所親知、而深信不疑者也。天主即是愛德、是故以愛德為安宅者、即是以天主為安宅、而天主亦以其人為安宅矣。

然則爾將何以辨識天主之聖神乎？曰：凡承認耶穌基督確曾降世為人者、皆受天主之靈感者也。

爾其戰戰兢兢、保身保群；斯群也、即主以其寶血贖得之教會、而聖神之所以立爾為主教、以資督導也。

爾時見天自闢、倏有一白馬、騎者名曰『真實無妄。』執法作戰、一秉正義；

夫天主昔嘗作光於黑暗之中矣、今乃照耀於吾人之心中、俾吾人得藉基督耶穌之聖容、而洞識天主之光榮。

懇求吾主耶穌基督之天主、光榮之父、賜爾明智、啟爾妙慧、俾爾洞識真主；開爾靈眼、俾明聖召之希望無窮、諸聖光榮嗣業之蘊藏無限、及天主於信徒所施神力之廣大無邊也。

凡信耶穌為基督者、乃生於天主者也。凡孝其親者亦必愛其親之所出。

吾人所言者、乃元始生命之道、而亦吾人所曾耳濡目染、躬自瞻仰、親受撫摩者也。此無始無終、向與聖父相俱之生命、曾現身於世。其在世時、吾人既得親炙、爰為作證、而宣之於爾。吾人茲以所見所聞、傳之於爾、庶幾爾曹得與吾人神交心契、而吾人實已與聖父及其聖子耶穌基督神交心契矣。

人若自言止乎天主、則亦宜行天主之所行矣。

大聲而呼曰：「嗟夫、神聖、真實、至高無上之主、爾審判天下、伸吾儕流血之冤、將待何時？」

爾其慎旃務使所素聞者常寓爾衷。苟得所素聞者常寓爾衷、則爾亦必獲常寓聖子、乃至聖父之懷中。

人未有見天主者、惟聖父懷中之惟一聖子、實已表而出之矣。

耶穌曰：『人若愛予、必守吾訓、則吾父必愛之、且將偕予同就若人、而以之為安宅。

耶穌曰：『予即途也、真諦也、生命也。人欲諧父、舍予末由。
