吾知上帝子臨格、賜我明澈、以識真者、我心與真者交、即上帝子耶穌基督、此真上帝、亦永生、

我知天主之子臨世、賜我智慧、使我識真者、我儕在真者內、即在天主之子耶穌基督內、此乃真天主、亦為永生、○

吾亦知天主聖子實曾降臨、賜吾澈悟、而認識真主、且吾人已與真實無妄之聖子耶穌基督、結為一體；是真天主、是真永生。

We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true by being in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

認識你——獨一的真神，並認識你所差派的耶穌基督，這就是永恆的生命。

於是耶穌開啟他們的理性，使他們能領悟經上的話，

耶穌回答說：「腓力，我與你們在一起這麼久了，你還不認識我嗎？一個人看到了我，就是看到了父。你怎麼還說『請給我們看看父』呢？

祖先也是他們的；照著肉身說，基督也是出自他們的——他是那在萬有之上當受頌讚的神，直到永遠！阿們。

「你要給那在費拉德菲亞教會的使者寫信說：「那位神聖的、真實的，拿著大衛的鑰匙、開了就沒有人能關、關了就沒有人能開的，這樣說：

耶和華以色列的王，以色列的救贖主，萬軍之耶和華如此說：「我是首先的，我也是末後的。除我以外沒有神。

因為有一嬰孩為我們而生，有一兒子賜給我們。政權必擔在他的肩上，他的名必稱為「奇妙的謀士」、「全能的神」、「永恆的父」、「和平的君」，

這樣，我們已經認識並相信了神對我們所懷的愛。神就是愛；那住在愛裡面的，就住在神裡面，神也住在他裡面。

你們從這一點就認出神的靈：任何靈承認耶穌基督是以肉身而來的，這靈就是出於神；

你們當為自己謹慎，也當為全體羊群謹慎。聖靈把你們放在這羊群裡做監督，為要牧養神的教會，就是他用自己的血所贖來的。

接著，我看見天開了，看哪，有一匹白馬。騎馬的那一位被稱為「信實的」和「真實的」；他以公義去審判、去作戰。

因為那吩咐「要有光從黑暗裡照耀出來」的神，已經照耀了我們的心，為要發出神榮耀的知識之光——這光就在耶穌基督的臉上。

願我們主耶穌基督的神——榮耀的父，賜給你們智慧和啟示的靈，使你們能真正地認識他。我也求神照亮你們心中的眼睛，使你們知道：屬他召喚的盼望到底是什麼；在聖徒中間，他繼業榮耀的豐盛到底是什麼；並且在我們這些相信之人的身上，照著他力量的權能作為，他能力的無限偉大到底是什麼。

凡是相信耶穌是基督的，都是由神所生的。凡是愛那生身之父的，也都愛那由父所生的。

有關生命之道，是從太初就有的，是我們所聽到、所親眼看到、所觀察過、又親手摸過的——的確，這生命已經顯明出來；我們看到了，現在也做見證，並向你們宣揚這永恆的生命；這生命原來與父同在、又向我們顯明出來了。我們把所看到、所聽到的也向你們宣揚，好使你們也能夠與我們相契合；而我們又是與父和他的兒子耶穌基督相契合的。

那說自己住在他裡面的，自己也應該按基督所行的照樣去行。

——近前宣告，一同商議吧！是誰從古時就告知了這事呢？是誰從前就宣告了這事呢？難道不是我耶和華嗎？除我以外，沒有別的神；我是公義的神和拯救者；除我以外，一個也沒有。所有地極的人哪，你們當轉向我，就必得救！因為我是神，別無其二。我指著自己起誓——從我的口憑公義發出的話語，絕不返回——『萬膝必向我跪下，萬口必向我起誓。』人論到我，就說：『公義、能力唯獨在於耶和華！』」人必來到他那裡；所有對他發怒的，都必蒙羞。以色列所有的後裔都必因耶和華得稱為義，並且誇耀。

他們大聲呼喊說：「神聖、真實的主啊！你不施行審判，不為我們的血向住在地上的人討回公道，還要多久呢？」

你們應當使那從起初所聽到的，住在你們裡面。如果那從起初所聽到的住在你們裡面，你們就會住在子裡面，也住在父裡面。

從來沒有人看見神，只有在父懷裡的那位獨生子——神，他將神表明了出來。

耶穌回答說：「如果有人愛我，他就會遵守我的話語，我父也會愛他，而且我們將要來到他那裡，並且在他那裡安置我們的住處。

耶穌說：「我就是道路、真理、生命。要不是藉著我，沒有人能到父那裡去。
