吾亦知天主聖子實曾降臨、賜吾澈悟、而認識真主、且吾人已與真實無妄之聖子耶穌基督、結為一體；是真天主、是真永生。

And we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.

This is how you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,

Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has appointed you as overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which he purchased with his own blood.

Then I saw heaven opened, and there was a white horse. Its rider is called Faithful and True, and with justice he judges and makes war.

For God who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, would give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him.I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened so that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what is the wealth of his glorious inheritance in the saints,and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the mighty working of his strength.

Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father also loves the one born of him.

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have observed and have touched with our hands, concerning the word of life—that life was revealed, and we have seen it and we testify and declare to you the eternal life that was with the Father and was revealed to us—what we have seen and heard we also declare to you, so that you may also have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

The one who says he remains in him should walk just as he walked.

Speak up and present your case— yes, let them consult each other. Who predicted this long ago? Who announced it from ancient times? Was it not I, the LORD? There is no other God but me, a righteous God and Savior; there is no one except me.Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth. For I am God, and there is no other.By myself I have sworn; truth has gone from my mouth, a word that will not be revoked: Every knee will bow to me, every tongue will swear allegiance.It will be said about me,‘ Righteousness and strength are found only in the LORD.’” All who are enraged against him will come to him and be put to shame.All the descendants of Israel will be justified and boast in the LORD.

They cried out with a loud voice,“ Lord, the one who is holy and true, how long until you judge those who live on the earth and avenge our blood?”

What you have heard from the beginning is to remain in you. If what you have heard from the beginning remains in you, then you will remain in the Son and in the Father.

No one has ever seen God. The one and only Son, who is himself God and is at the Father’s side— he has revealed him.

Jesus answered,“ If anyone loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.

Jesus told him,“ I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
