人若言我愛天主而惡兄弟、乃為言誑者、不愛所見之兄弟、焉能愛未見之天主乎、

當頌美我主耶穌基督之父天主、緣彼按其鴻慈、使我儕因耶穌基督由死復活得重生、有永生之望、

行路時、至有水處、宦官曰、在此有水、我受洗禮、有何阻乎、

凡由天主而生者、不作罪、蓋天主之種存於其內、彼由天主而生、故不能犯罪、
