小子乎、爾曹屬天主、已勝彼眾、蓋在爾內者、較在世內者大也、

可愛哉小子、爾等則本乎天主、而戰勝若輩矣。無他寓於爾內者、實遠勝乎寓於世間者也。

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

Dear children, you belong to God. You have not accepted the teachings of the false prophets. That’s because the one who is in you is powerful. He is more powerful than the one who is in the world.

Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.

上帝在我們身上所施的愛、我們就知道，也相信了。上帝就是愛；住在愛裏面的、就是住在上帝裏面，上帝也住在他裏面。

因為我們的戰鬥並不是對屬血與肉的人，乃是對「眾執政的」、「眾掌權的」、對那些統轄這「黑暗」世界的、對天界中諸惡靈。故此你們要拿起上帝的軍裝，好在險惡的日子能抵擋得住；並且既作成了一切事，還能站穩。

最後的話，你們要在主裏、靠他力量的權能作剛強的人。

我將永生給予他們，他們必定永遠不滅亡；誰也不能從我手裏奪去。我父將他們給了我，他比一切都大，誰也不能從父手裏奪去。我與父原本為一。』

就是真理之靈、世人所不能領受的，因為看不見他，也不認識他；你們呢、卻認識他，因為他與你們同住，並且在你們裏面。『我必不撇下你們為孤兒；我必來找你們。還有一會兒、世人就不再見着我，你們卻見着我，因為我活着，你們也必活着。到那日、你們就知道我在我父裏面，你們在我裏面，我也在你們裏面。『有了我的誡命又遵守的，那人是愛我的；愛我的必蒙我父愛他，我也必愛他，並且要將自己向他顯現。』猶大（不是加畧人猶大）問耶穌說：『主啊，為甚麼你要將自己向我們顯現，而不向世人呢？』耶穌回答他說：『人若愛我，就必遵守我的話；我父必愛他，我們也必來找他，將他做我們的住處。

我們呢、乃是屬於上帝的；認識上帝的才聽我們；不屬於上帝的就不聽我們。從這一點、我們就把「真實」之靈和謬妄之靈認出來了。

凡由上帝而生的不犯罪，因為上帝的種長存在他裏面：他不能犯罪，因為他是由上帝而生的。凡不行義的、不是出於上帝；不愛兄的、也不出於上帝：在這一點、上帝的兒女和魔鬼的兒女就顯出來了。

今後我不再同你們多講話了，因為這世界的執政者正來着；在我身上、他一無所有；
