小子們哪，你們是屬神的，並且勝了他們；因為那在你們裏面的，比那在世界上的更大。

孩子们，你们属于上帝，你们已经胜过了那些假先知，因为在你们里面的圣灵比在世上运行的邪灵更有能力。

小子乎、爾曹乃由上帝、已勝彼眾、蓋在爾衷者、大於在世者也、

小子乎、爾由上帝出、與爾心交者、較與世心交者尤大、故爾能勝之、

小子乎、爾曹屬天主、已勝彼眾、蓋在爾內者、較在世內者大也、

可愛哉小子、爾等則本乎天主、而戰勝若輩矣。無他寓於爾內者、實遠勝乎寓於世間者也。

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

Dear children, you belong to God. You have not accepted the teachings of the false prophets. That’s because the one who is in you is powerful. He is more powerful than the one who is in the world.

Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.

You are from God, little children, and you have conquered them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

神愛我們的心，我們也知道也信。神就是愛；住在愛裏面的，就是住在神裏面，神也住在他裏面。

因我們並不是與屬血氣的爭戰，乃是與那些執政的、掌權的、管轄這幽暗世界的，以及天空屬靈氣的惡魔爭戰。所以，要拿起神所賜的全副軍裝，好在磨難的日子抵擋仇敵，並且成就了一切，還能站立得住。

我還有末了的話：你們要靠着主，倚賴他的大能大力作剛強的人。

我又賜給他們永生；他們永不滅亡，誰也不能從我手裏把他們奪去。我父把羊賜給我，他比萬有都大，誰也不能從我父手裏把他們奪去。我與父原為一。」

就是真理的聖靈，乃世人不能接受的；因為不見他，也不認識他。你們卻認識他，因他常與你們同在，也要在你們裏面。我不撇下你們為孤兒，我必到你們這裏來。還有不多的時候，世人不再看見我，你們卻看見我；因為我活着，你們也要活着。到那日，你們就知道我在父裏面，你們在我裏面，我也在你們裏面。有了我的命令又遵守的，這人就是愛我的；愛我的必蒙我父愛他，我也要愛他，並且要向他顯現。」猶大（不是加略人猶大）問耶穌說：「主啊，為甚麼要向我們顯現，不向世人顯現呢？」耶穌回答說：「人若愛我，就必遵守我的道；我父也必愛他，並且我們要到他那裏去，與他同住。

我們是屬神的，認識神的就聽從我們；不屬神的就不聽從我們。從此我們可以認出真理的靈和謬妄的靈來。

凡從神生的，就不犯罪，因神的道存在他心裏；他也不能犯罪，因為他是由神生的。從此就顯出誰是神的兒女，誰是魔鬼的兒女。凡不行義的就不屬神，不愛弟兄的也是如此。

以後我不再和你們多說話，因為這世界的王將到。他在我裏面是毫無所有；
