試觀父賜我儕何等之愛、使我儕得稱為天主之子、世不識我儕、因不識父也、

嗚呼、天父愛吾人之深、待吾人之厚、有不能言喻者焉。吾人竟蒙恩召、得稱為天主之子女、而亦實為天主之子女矣。然則吾人之不容於世、不亦宜乎；即天主亦未嘗見容於世也。

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

See what amazing love the Father has given us! Because of it, we are called children of God. And that’s what we really are! The world doesn’t know us because it didn’t know him.

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don’t recognize that we are God’s children because they don’t know him.

你們都藉著信基督耶穌而成為上帝的兒女，

為要救贖一切受律法約束的人，使我們成為祂的兒女。我們既然成為兒女，上帝就差遣祂兒子的靈進入我們的心裡，使我們可以稱呼上帝為「阿爸，父親」。

我要作你們的父親，你們要作我的兒女。這是全能的主說的。」

公義的父啊！世界還未認識你以前，我已經認識你了，這些人也知道是你差我來的。

「因為上帝愛世人，甚至將祂獨一的兒子賜給他們，叫一切信祂的人不致滅亡，反得永生。

上帝啊，你的慈愛無比寶貴！世人都在你的翅膀下尋求蔭庇。你讓他們飽享你殿裡的美食，暢飲你樂河中的水。因為你是生命的泉源，在你的光中我們得見光明。

上帝差遣祂獨一的兒子到世上來，是為了叫我們靠著祂得到生命。這就顯明了上帝對我們的愛。不是我們愛上帝，而是上帝愛我們，並且差遣祂兒子為我們的罪作了贖罪祭，這就是愛。

以便能夠與眾聖徒一同領悟基督的愛是多麼長闊高深，並知道基督的愛是遠超過人所能理解的愛，好叫上帝無限的豐富充滿你們。

得勝者必承受這一切福分，我要作他的上帝，他要作我的兒子。

正如上帝在《何西阿書》上說：「本來不是我子民的，我要稱他們為『我的子民』；本來不是我所愛的，我要稱他們為『我所愛的』。從前我在什麼地方對他們說，『你們不是我的子民。』將來也要在那裡對他們說，『你們是永活上帝的兒女。』」

你們若屬於基督，就是亞伯拉罕的後裔，都是照著上帝的應許承受產業的人。

上帝既然連自己的兒子也不顧惜，讓祂為我們犧牲，豈不也把萬物和祂一同白白地賜給我們嗎？

因為凡有上帝的聖靈引導的人都是上帝的兒女。你們接受的聖靈不是使你們做奴隸，仍舊害怕，而是使你們做兒子，可以稱上帝為「阿爸，父親」。聖靈親自與我們的心一同見證我們是上帝的兒女。既然我們是兒女，就是繼承人，是上帝的後嗣，並且與基督同作後嗣。所以，如果現在我們和基督一同受苦，將來也必和祂一同得榮耀。

你的恩惠何其大——為敬畏你的人而預備，在世人面前賜給投靠你的人。

不過，受造之物仍然盼望脫離衰亡之律的奴役，享受上帝兒女榮耀的自由。

因為你們的舊生命已經死了，你們的新生命與基督一同藏在上帝裡面。

主耶和華啊，你覺得這還不夠，你還要施恩賜福給你僕人的後代。主耶和華啊，這樣的福分豈是常人可以得到的？
