but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected. By this we may know that we are in him:

但如果有人遵守他的話語，屬神的愛就確實在這個人裡面得以完全了；從這一點我們就知道我們是在他裡面。

惟守其道者、則上帝之愛、誠成全於彼矣、以是知我儕在主中也、

守其道者、誠愛上帝、我亦若此、而知心與主交、

凡守其道者、愛天主之愛、實成全於其心、由是可知我在主內、

惟篤踐其道者、方能切身體認天主之愛德、漸達圓融純熟之境、此亦所以證吾人實與天主相契也。

But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him:

But if anyone obeys God’s word, then that person truly loves God. Here is how we know we belong to him.

But those who obey God’s word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him.

But whoever keeps his word, truly in him the love of God is made complete. This is how we know we are in him:

but whoever follows His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him:

But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.

but whoso keepeth his word, in him verily hath the love of God been perfected. Hereby we know that we are in him:

But whoever keeps His word, truly in him the love of God is perfected. This is how we know we are in Him:

But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

But whoever obeys his word, truly in this person the love of God has been perfected. By this we know that we are in him.

But God’s love has most certainly been perfected in whoever keeps his word. This is how we know that we are in him:

Jesus answered him,“ If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.

No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.

Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.

By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments.

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.

And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.

And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments.Whoever says“ I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him,

I call to you; save me, that I may observe your testimonies.

For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Whoever keeps a command will know no evil thing, and the wise heart will know the proper time and the just way.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie— just as it has taught you, abide in him.And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming.

that they might keep his statutes and observe his laws. Praise the Lord!
